The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

BB...... :hugs:  That was so sweet! :laughtwo: I'll be singing that all evening. I grabbed the link before it gets pulled and I'm dropping it on my Spot thread so I can enjoy it again later.

Love you BB. :kisstwo:

Good evening sue, hope all is good over at your patch?

Sorry welshpony, I missed this yesterday. :hugs: I get lost for hours in study. All is delightful in my joyful patch, and I'm going to assume your patch is doing at least as well as mine. :circle-of-love:

That critical mass is gonna put out well for you. So will the other critical. They are ready to go it seems, when are you flipping them? And this DDA may be your biggest yet!

I'm really, really excited about the DDA. All my previous ones were so small and compact and this one is all wide open and embracing the world. It suits me, doesn't it? Lol!

I'm going to give the Critical Mass another week or two to recover from the topping before I think about flipping. I also want to get a few more drenches in before the flip. I'll be taking the time today to plot out the CAT schedules. That's really the determinant. I want that last Energy going into the flip. Having them running a drench off each other in timing means the CBD Critical Cure will have to wait on her companion.

I'm hoping the Fantasmo Express is done by then, but if not I'll just switch her to the other tent and throw one of the 300s over her until she is finished. It'll open up more room in what then becomes the flowering tent. Her pistil change has started, so the countdown begins. :battingeyelashes:

excellent work sue

Awww, thank you Professor. :battingeyelashes:  I'm just trying to keep up with the likes of you. :circle-of-love:

Both of those critical a will do swimmingly I bet with the HB. Which light are they going under?
I just realized I added my recharge a week early this grow on day14 and then did cat on day 21. When do you do those things?

I always time my Recharge for 2 weeks into the flip Shiggity, so if you did it wrong, I've been doing it wrong all along. Graytail taught me to plan the CAT at 35 days from flip, but you did yours on day 21? Well damn Shiggity, could that be why you have that deadly snowstorm going on in your tent? I wasn't aware you'd timed it so early. I wonder.... :hmmmm:

What do you think?

Daily Update: Day 51 & 53

No work to be done today. I need to get in there and do some turning.... Awww, they'll survive until tomorrow. :laughtwo:

Shall we? Let's start with the HB girls.

CBD Critical Cure. We're getting there.

Critical Mass

A little tucking and bending to give the little ones a chance to catch up.

Fantasmo Express

She suddenly went into pistil change. :slide: Another few weeks and she'll be hanging. Oooo...., the most sativa-dominant strain produced by Mephisto Genetics. I can't wait to try this one. Mmmmmm..... :laughtwo: You see how thick she is under all those leaves? Yeah! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Essential oil agitation is scheduled for every three days through harvest. The stuff smells like crap! I'm interested in seeing what effect it really has, up close and personal. Other cultivators have been very happy with the results.

The canopy development is progressing nicely.

image9691.jpeg

The auto tent is plugging right along. The Auto Jack Herer has me more excited every morning.

image9692.jpeg

I'll give the Med GOM 1.0 another couple days before I pull out a loupe for an early look at the trichomes. Look at how fast that Lamb's Quarters took off again!

image9694.jpeg

The tops aren't faring well, and looking at them it occurred to me that this plopping them back into soil should be more productive when plopped into a pot of active soil with another plant. Lesson learned. Life's a big science experiment anyway. :laughtwo:

Dark Devil Auto (Day 51) is absolutely stunning. Kinda mouthwatering, to be honest. Lol!

image9696.jpeg

The side colas are finally going dark.

image9697.jpeg

A contrast to that. This one is dead center under the lights.

image9699.jpeg

Oh yeah. :blunt:

Thank you for stopping by for a visit. It's a brilliantly sunny day here and I think I'd be well advised to get into some walking shoes and head out to the labyrinth. It's been a productive week, full of delightful surprises and some serious goal attainment. I feel the need to center before I roll into the next week.

May your own day progress with unbounded joy and gratitude. It's a wonderful universe and I feel especially blessed to have been able to share this space with you. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

:Namaste:

That's what I have done with the big tops, plop them down in soil alongside another plant. At some point later they need to be transplanted. It seems that when 2 plants share a pot, one plant doesn't get a fair shake at the nutrients in the soil.

What do you think?

Note the math ... day 14 is day 14.

Day 35 is 21 days after day 14, while day 21 is 21 days after the flip.

This looks like a miscommunication in taking action 21 days after which event.

According to Doc's instructions Recharge is designed to be applied during week 3 (day 21 and after) of the bloom cycle. The Cat Drench is to be applied week 3 AND week 4 with no water applications in between, right when the buds set.

"Used at the proper time, unprecedented resin formation takes place. Using Cat at the wrong time results in stunted growth and lower yields, and a more 'gamey' flavor in taste"

Thank you so much Shawnee. :hugs: See? You've saved me from making the mistake on the recharge. The CAT is more flexible, since you're looking for that level of budset in coordination with the other drenches, but as Shiggity found out it's right in that window. I'll make adjustments to the schedule.

Thanks again for having my back. :circle-of-love:

Awesome :green_heart:

If you can pop something over the clones and mist them once a day, it may help them out. Maybe 3/4 of a milk jug, or a dollar store clear/white translucent pitcher.

:circle-of-love:

Excellent idea. I may have just the thing for that. If I save these I'm gonna owe you, big time Heirloom. I'm headed out to dinner. When I get home I'll try to rescue them.

Not sure if any of us could ruin our grows with the kit; however, I must admit there are some confusing instructions that seem to discredit something already stated in a few places....we all strive to be the best growers we can be and can sometimes be sticklers in the details, eh? :high-five:

This is my second time with the kit and I feel more confident about it. I can't tell you though, how many PMs poor Graytail's endured from me to get me here. :laughtwo:

Looking good as usual!!! Wish I had space for variety like you!

:laughtwo: I don't have that much space HealingKronic. I wish I had your SWICKs. LOL! After running the 4x4 tent, these 2x2s seem tiny in comparison, though I've grown fond of having the three spaces. I still have a meter square tent that's unpacked. I consider all the time what I could accomplish with the two bigger tents and the closet instead of my current restrictions. Someday I hope to have an entire room to dedicate to a grow. What a sweet dream. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:
