The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

This'll work just fine. I'll have to control growth to fit the space, but I can do that. :battingeyelashes:

Congratulations photo. :yahoo:  :yahoo:

What a wonderful thing to share and thank you for that lovely thought. :hugs: I can sense that he's pleased with how I've gone on without him by my side. Finding this community and the passion I have for using cannabis as a healing herb has given me a purpose that he'd be pleased with. I know he was thankful that I'd made the connection here before he died. He could see even then that I'd found a home he could entrust me to and it helped him let go easier.

In a way, everything I do here at 420 Magazine is in his memory.

This is community gardening at its best. We love growing these plants so much and in our regular lives we can't openly share, so we operate as a pressure release for each other. But it goes far beyond that at 420 Magazine. We bond like family here and regularly reach out beyond the digital field. This community never ceases to amaze me in its ability to heal with the power of unconditional loving.

Hiya Sue, the anniversary is duly marked in it's own right for what it is; however, IMO he has been hovering over you for the last year in support because that's what happens in the afterworld....they don't leave us afterall in spirit.....carry on in his spirit and you are honoring him....he knows that and he is there....peace be with you....:circle-of-love:

Thank you Shawnee. :hugs: I realized while I was out with my walking club that my compulsion to take a walk to the labyrinth yesterday had everything to do with that anniversary, I just didn't register it until now. Somewhere yesterday afternoon I had to get out of the apartment and head out to the river path. It was one of my most focused labyrinth walks to date and now I know why.

I agree Shawnee, he's been right here with me every step of the way. Love that strong doesn't end at death.

10-4 Sue....the afterworld is definitely in our world as we speak....on a daily basis...what a wonderful thing....:circle-of-love:

If you're lucky and you don't kill them by letting things get too dry, as I'm prone to do, you have a breeding population of hard-working soil tillers. May you have better luck than I have.

Daily Update: Thursday, June 23, 2016

Sometime in the next week these get transplanted into larger pots.

My quiet tiny closet. I can't tell you how much more relaxed I've been this past week after tearing down and going smaller. It's got the potential to get very crowded in here if I'm not attentive.

image13824.jpeg

I beefed up the 10 gallon pot, packing more soil into the edges and topping off with a new layer of vermicompost, planted a couple new scallions and watered everything in with a mild coconut water/aloe vera juice drench.

I also cleaned up the SWICKs and got the next one ready to go.

This brought the Med GOM 1.0 (Day 5) back to a height I'm more comfortable with. It'll grow more roots along the buried stem and be stronger in the end.

I have something similar in mind for the Dark Devil Auto (Day 3) when it's time to transplant.

That's it for today. Back to the job at hand. I'll be roaming later, so maybe I'll run into some of you out there. Until then, take every opportunity to enhance the universe with a bit of joyful expression. The day goes so much nicer with a couple sparkly moments to make you smile. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

:Namaste:

:goodjob:I like your closet:bravo:
