The Mega Crop Thread

Haven't heard back from GLN yet. (Not getting impatient, just saying.)

I did however run and pick up a jug of hydroguard, just to be on the safe side.

I’ve got a question on and when to add the Hydroguard & Z7 . I’ll wait till I have the bucket phed , a couple hours before I add them . You’d think the acid for ph down would kill them ??

Is this verdant enough? :laughtwo:
Just a random bag seed left over from my first grow. I've been growing to keep myself occupied.

I add mine last. I don’t think z7 and hydroguard are compatible, but I could be mistaken.

Stopped at the local sporting goods store. Bought eight 6 gallon baseball buckets at $6.99 a pop. I had enough uniseals and PVC on hand to put the basics together tonight. Still need airstones/lines, gamma lids and netpots.

Straight up 2 bucket system. Four plants ought to fill my 4x8 closet nicely. The extra 2 gallons per plant capacity over my old setup will be nice. I should be able to leave things unattended for up to 7 days.

Now I just need a couple Mars TS2000 to light it all up.

Have been adding both for a year now with no issue . They both actually do something in a different way . The Hydroguard won’t let you know it’s working but the Z7 I watched it bubble out the top of the bucket when I brought the plant from outside.

nice set up. don't forget @Budget LED. geat light kits and still supports your freedom.
Mars makes the best pre-builts for the buck but there is better to be had.

I’m calling 6gm-gl for medium sized plants the magic number. I bumped up to 6.125 and they weren’t happy. Very minor tip burn so I backed off. The last 2 watering have been right on at 6. I am growing 5 different Sativa/Indica Auto strains and they all reacted exactly the same at 6.125.

Should b good to
Go brother

I’m crossing my fingers man. This has been for shit lately. :(

I can say hydroguard is some really good stuff

We’ll see. Will be adding it in tomorrow. High dose of Z7 overnight, drain, and try again with the new RO.

Mars is fine, but to be honest for a few bucks more you really are better off with Budget LED’s. Better quality, better components.

I like sara and all the support offered, but once you get into their white light lines and away from the blurple, they really are not that far apart in price.

The two 250w budget lights I have are rippin up my 4x4, and only on 60% at the moment. :D
