Howdy do everyone, how's it growing?

I've slightly over fed the AG and the NL and they are really dark green. I prefer them dark to light coloured anyway, i would rather be on the over fed side to under fed..

It always happens in the first month or so, as I push them hard at first and i don't really have a feed schedule to go by with the nutrients I've got, saying they are for garden fruit and veg.

They will just be getting water only for the next few feeds, until they lighten up a bit.
But I know now exactly how far to push them.

This is what I feed them

Yes, I know, not ideal, but its organic and it grows plants, once I dial them in that is..
Anyway, here's the Alcapulco gold

I've up potted the moby dick and the Blue Berry, so they are feeling sorry for themselves.
The Moby is an Auto, so it should have been handled with care, but it wasn't, as I'm extremely heavy handed. luckily I don't really grow for quantity, as we hardly use much, so anything we get is a fine with us. That's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it..

Here's the tiny Moby, her pistils are slightly covered in soil from where she jumped out of my hands and onto her head. It was not my fault at all:rolleyes:

Here's a group shot under the fantabulous @Mars Hydro FC-E4800.
I cant fault this light at all. I'm in love with it:love:

That's it for tonight folks. Sorry the photos are not very good quality. I've only got one working eye at the moment and that's not perfect, I was using an angle grinder with no eye protection yesterday and something is stuck in my peeper. The queue at the hospital was out the door today, so I will attempt again tomorrow.. so at the minute I'm busy crying out of one eye. It's agony.

I will be doing a another update at the weekend with better pictures and more info.

I will catch up on all your growings on tonight, sorry im not up to date, i've been busy welding my rusty truck, it's like Fred Flintsones car, your feet can touch the tarmac..

Anyway, as always, thanks for stopping by, Eye I appreciate it

Take care
Paul

Plants look great...now for the important thing...how is the eye? Do you have a strong magnet at home ? I work on vehicles all day and I've had this happen a few times.... I use 600lb pull force magnet (for magnet fishing) to remove most of rust and shaving from eye/s .. works to get the big stuff and I usually cry the little stuff out after a day or two.

Hello Squigs - looking pretty good mate
We popped beans around the same time, happy with progress?
I can see that is a superb light but how effective is it at that height? Is it easy to move?
GF working this weekend so I'm trying to catch up with folk without touching the stash
Oh, it's only 1:30pm... hmm, easier said than done
I’d also maybe adjust the light heigh. But I guess Paul runs with the sponsor recommendations? Might be like +20" above.

Hope it helps!
It has mate thank you, I will get that magic potion mixed up pronto..
Hope your eye is alright Squig. 'see a specialist'.
I wish I could see the specialist but there's something in my eye and I can't see a bloody thing:p
your eyesight is NOT something you want to mess
I know that now mate:confused:, I've always wore eye protection, but this time I was slightly medicated and I was being too lazy to go and get my goggles and it went south, lesson learned
Dr. dug it out of my eyeball with a hypodermic needle...
Not going now after you've said that
Had same kind of look and the growth was pretty much stunted, or significantly slowed down.
They are growing mental at the moment mate., since they dried out from their drowning, faster than normal actually. They are back to a nice colour today, so alls good.

Hi mate. I'm not happy, as I totally overwatered them the other week and that stopped them in their tracks. But they are bouncing back now. The light got lifted for the photo, its between 24 and 30 normally. It's more for ease of access, when I'm working on them, as I'm a proper clumsy clown and I keep banging my head off it and I keep forgetting to put it back once I've sampled the home grown
When I had it done a doctor pins your head an gets a needle an picks it out your eye its not to sore but it's the noise of metal picking metal in your eye it turns the stomach
Definitely not going now

I was thinking about that, but the strongest magnet I've got is a fridge magnet. And that can't even keep itself stuck to the fridge. So It looks like I will have to go to the hospital.. thanks for the suggestion, I've just ordered one for the next time.
I’d also maybe adjust the light height
Already on it mate.. it's up and down like a yo-yo at the minute  I keep it at recommended height normally. But the little ones were not happy, so I've got a bit of a happy Medium at the mo. I think :hmmmm:

Happy to hear about the girls! Blind or not, you need to find your way to the eye doc!

Yeah definitely get it checked and removed. If something goes wrong health wise, and you need an MRI and that metal is still there....yikes!!!
You'll need an xray first to make sure it's out. Sounds alarmist, but it's actually something asked when going for one.

I've been there and had that, and was using safety goggles (hit the brim of hat and bounced down).

Was painless removal, took all of a few minutes.

Take care of yourself brother

@Freak Brothers how much and how often do you feed with that green bottle?

Hey @Grand Daddy Black I use 3.5ml in a litre bottle of the green stuff which has an npk of 3.5 across them all
Will use every couple of days anything up to half the bottle depending on size of plant ,,usually a quarter of bottle ,,
The purple stuff has npk rating of n 2.4% p 4.4% k 2.4%
Anyway hope this answers your question :ganjamon:

You cant argue with that price mate and it does the job, I've never seen you with an unhealthy plant yet. You always produce nice greenery.
I get mine from Wilkos in the autumn. They reduce it from 8 quid to 2 quid a bottle out of season. Bonus is, it's organic. Me and the missus are pretty strict on what we digest,so organic is all we can use.

Sorry for the late reply aswell mate, had a tad hassle with my eye. The metal had gone rusty and they had to use a spade to dig all the crap out. Its been pretty difficult trying to write properly. Eyes are streaming still, but better.
Anyway, lesson learned.

Thanks for the input though, as I will use that on the house plants, saves using my organic stuff. Off to pound land tomorrow to stock up on it:laugh:

Hey Squig...

How's the eye?
Lucky to have one, it developed into a rust ring that they had to scrape out, just streaming at the mo.. anyway, I'm on my way over to yourside to catch up. No doubt you've added a squillion pages to your journals in the last 2 days

Oh my God, see now what would have happened if you had waited any longer!!! Thank God you went, finally.....

Ugh.. actually I took a mental health break for a day so it may not be too bad :battingeyelashes:
