The Late Start Flower Journal

These girls reacted in a good way to getting more light. They are drinking good. Tonight after watering the light intensity was upped again to 70%. There is noticeable daily growth, the roots poke through and the 1st nodes are showing. They will soon be removed.
I received a nice care package. It feels good! The plants even have a new talisman of sorts.

Thanks for looking in. :peace:

Tomorrow will be day 14. After being fully watered they are dry again in 24hrs. This morning the 1st nodes were removed. They will probably be uppotted into the 30l / 7gal bags tomorrow. The plan is to have them outside by next week.
The Gelato looked picture worthy. :ganjamon: :peace:

Lost the last two. Its time to give it a break.

Two Runtz and a Wedding Cake Auto were moved into the big bags. The roots did not seem to be cramped up. One liter of water/mild feed was added after the potting. They like the light. Its at 75% / 420 watts and 55cm
Moving on, these will go outside early next week. :ganjamon::peace:

These did well with being transplanted. No droop, they might even have grown more. It looks that way compared to the two that weren't up-potted. They will be topped and moved outside in a couple more days. They could get big in the 7 gallon bags. I'm not very familiar with autos.
These were an add on to the last journal. With them going outside now, I'll ask for this journal moved over to closed.
Thanks for looking. :ganjamon: :peace:

Hope you’re gonna start a new journal.

I love watching you grow :)
Hey Tra, I'll probably start an outdoor auto journal after they get moved outside. You are my No.1 watcher of the few. I've been accused before of rubbing some the wrong way. :hmmmm: Thank you for hanging in there.

Thanks @Tokin Roll for just recently rolling through from the start. Notices were blowing up during a skype call!
------
Tonight all 3 of the Runtz were topped, even the one that will stay in the small starter. At the last minute, the 2nd Wedding Cake also wanted to grow, it too was topped and put in a 6 liter pot. It looks like four will be grown out. As long as they can all fit in the greenhouse at night. The last autos got huge. Another pic from tonight. as soon as the bags are not so heavy, everything will go outside. The big bags are choke full of water now.
Thanks for checking in. Growing is cool. Its good for me. :peace:

They are being grown in a 4’ x 4’
stinker those colas look nice for that size area with 600w light, i can see the branching for each plant is just slightly wider than the pot container i guess that prevents the leaves from cramping, do you defoliate fan leaves during flowering?

:thanks: Defoliating is an ongoing process from around week 4 to the end. The space gets full. I try and hold on to a few of the early or the first fans, they can get big. Also like to keep as many upper fans that I can for as long as I can.

Hello you!

Well I think you’re awesome. I know I have my fare share of haters in here, the difference between you and I is that I give zero fucks.

Who cares what a stranger with a keyboard thinks?

Fuck em! Fuck em right in their miserable boring faces!

I don't want to defoliate during flower i have read a lot of online articles not to do it because it can cause problems with flowering but a lot of growers do and your grow finished really good. But as you said the space gets full and if there is no defoliating the leaves get cramped and creates water build up between the leaves and increases humidity.

Its important to be comfortable with what you are doing.

Greetings! Earlier today, all were moved outside and given a good watering. I've started another journal.
Everyone is invited to follow along. Happy Grows! :ganjamon:
