The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

Looks like a tiny Xmas tree. You should put a few twinkling lights on her.

Congrats on your mega harvest day. Im gonna miss not peeking into your tent. Make sure your not away too long.

:Love::hugs::Love:

I had to run out and rescue the agoraphobic daughter who got bolder than her psyche could handle. Just got back and the smell that greets me when I open the door is divine, but strong enough that I'd best get to the tent and get things squared away for the drying cycle. This only gets stronger over the next couple days.

This is a sight for happy eyes.

I got most of the tent emptied out and the rack in there with three fans on low and the fan and filter running at about 75% capacity. Hopefully by Thursday morning it'll be ready to jar up. Cross the fingers and toes. :battingeyelashes:

Lest you believe the life of a cultivator is all flash and dash

My bedroom, overrun with soil to be recycled (a chore for tomorrow) and things requiring cleaning and storage.

I have my work cut out for me. Right now though, I'm going to test those tiny pieces of the Jamaican Dream that clipped off during the trim. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I'm out of brownies and I only have the Dark Devil Autos dried. I'm considering a batch with a mix of both plants. I was planning to save them for smoking only, but there aren't any more options available, really, and I might as well see what they do as an edible, eh? My birthday is day after tomorrow, and I certainly can't start that day without my morning brownie, can I?

Talked myself into it. Back into blue jeans and sneakers. Be right back. :ciao:

I knew exactly where this internal debate was going...

This is so dark as to be almost black in appearance.

It turned the butter purple. :laughtwo:

That was very poignant, especially the photo of the empty garden.

But its time will come around again -- peace :)

Thank you Glimmer. There is a certain poignancy to it. It won't really hit me for a couple days. I've already found a focus for my down time and I won't be going anywhere. I have a massive job of studying and organizing to undertake. Just the kind of stuff that makes my heart beat faster.

In a couple months I'll be right back to it, improved. :cheesygrinsmiley:

ProSource Worldwide Guide for LED Grow Lights - YouTube

And here's this.... I have been seeing your temps and a man named TaNg (autoflower royalty) gave me this link while chatting about LED after my recent change... a little some to watch with your brownie

Thank you Atrain. This was so insightful. I can't thank you enough. I learned some very important things here. Please thank TaNg for us.

I fly to Phoenix on Friday for 6-8 weeks vacation. The tent has to be down before I leave and everything in there has to be ready to jar up before Thursday evening. Today was Ultimate Harvest.

When I start up again I'll be growing for oil. There's a concern that autos can't get consistent quality, and for oil you're looking for 20+ THC. The concern I'm hearing is that you may think you're getting 20+ THC, but if you had it tested you're probably significantly below that benchmark level. Something tells me the newest autos may be ahead of those concerns. You have any thoughts on this or recommendations on strains?

I actually have to disagree with that video
as far as temps go hes using a whole room it isn't the same in a tent
my temps in my tent can be almost 10 degrees higher because its not in a open room but in a tent
and my plants can transpire pretty well because I let my plants get closer to the light I like between 6-10 inches
outside my tent in the 70's in my tent can get up to 82 when it gets real hot
average in my tent 76-78 this is f
I also disagree with the water temps
I'm lucky to have 70 f water temps its never that low
hydroguard help with that
as far as density its not all because of the light genetics play a big role
ive grown different strains under the same method not all are the same
some are super dense and some are spindly and airy I'm lucky to have only grown a few that came out like that
all seeds from the same plant also wont grow the same its why people like to pop many seeds of the same strain and take the best looking ones
I myself will only pop one bean at a time and work with whatever comes out of it

just my 2 cents

I agree with Cronic " ive grown different strains under the same method not all are the same"

If i try to get my temps/RH closer to the suggested mark..^^.. I have less then 50% success.

When i clone in an open room with any random temp, and typical alaska RH at 25%, i win. 99.8%. I dont clip the leaves and theres very little to no air movement.
Edit. Never used clone x, or gels. Some willowwater.

Different strains, different people..
