The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

Sounds good to me!

And I bet you have the cannabutter to try it with don't you? If so, we expect a report back Llama. :laughtwo:

The worst (best) canna treats I ever made were oat fudge bars. We used the cannabutter to bind the sugar and oat crust together and mixed as much in to the fudge as we could. I went to a Phish concert after eating half of one and couldn't lift my head off my chest the whole time.

The first batch of brownies I baked since beginning to grow I used 14 grams of quality bud and sugar leaves instead of the 8 I use now. That was a batch to remember! When you get so high that you're not sure you can remember how to breathe? :laughtwo:

Hahahahaha that's awesome. I am sure at first you were like, "ok not so much so far...I can handle this...wait a minute . Wait a minute. Maybe that second one was a bad idea..."

Dale was in the nursing home and I'd had to do my first harvest without him, so I resolved to bake him Magic Brownies as soon as the harvest was dry enough. Nursing home - no smoking - although I used to hang a "do not disturb" sign and fire up with him every day. I let them know I was a passionate woman and if I hung that sign there they'd best pay attention. No one ever walked in. Hahaha!

I don't know why I went with 14 grams, but they were so powerful that I sat behind him when we were watching tv that night so he couldn't see what a lightweight I was, or so I thought. I kept reminding myself to breathe. I've since formulated a better dose. :battingeyelashes:

When I have enough on hand I'm making another batch. They were great!

I just remembered - Dale was so stoned from those brownies that when they came to check on him later he couldn't respond as quickly as they felt necessary and they actually took him to the hospital. Kept him a couple days, if memory serves, because they found something unexpected. So I guess those brownies turned out just right.

We ate smaller pieces after that. :laughtwo:

A note on the extractions. Totally buzzed from the breakfast brownie, earbuds in, the Novocain kicked in and yes, there is a nice pairing effect with the cannabis.
See, I told you so.

Sue, you can say now that your brownies are so strong they put people in the hospital.

Creme Brulee is basically crunchy pudding and my absolute favorite dessert.

I've never had Creme Brûlée. That's something I'm going to have to remedy soon.

That's ok Nicholas, I make that mistake here all the time. It becomes so real you begin to think we're really in the same room. I surprise myself all the time. :laughtwo:

Sue, I just had a tooth extracted yesterday, a back molar.....my post op instructions were adamant, no smoking for 1 week so not to create a "dry socket" where the root and nerves are exposed, described to me as the most painful thing to happen to a human on the planet.....be careful and stick to the brownies.....best to be mindful in your healing, but I am a worry wart, sorry.....

Not sure but I think it's tobacco that doe's this Shawnee. I could be wrong but I've enjoyed a joint immediately, right outside the dentist's office every time I've had a tooth pulled.

Actually, it's the suction combined with the toxic smoke. Think sucking on a sutured wound while bathing it in smoke - seems ill advised. :laughtwo:

I did, however, continue to smoke both cigarettes and herb during all my tooth extractions without issue until the last one a few years ago, which caused enough gum swelling to interfere with the new denture. Oops. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yes, smoking will cause "dry socket". It's the action of sucking in the smoke that does a lot of it. BELIEVE ME you DON'T want to experience that. As Shawnee said, it's the worst thing you can imagine.
:-(

Edit: LOL, read your post after I posted mine Graytail. :)
