You should ask @Emilya about thisGuys I do have a question about mulched living soil.
With regular soil we usually wait until the pots are light and the first inch or soil is dry before watering. But with living soil I'm sure that we should not wait this long. I have searched the net far and wide about the proper watering method for living soil with no results. How do you guys do it?
But a positive attitude! Makes the above combination more tolerable .

Living soil is treated the same way as commercial potting soil when it comes to watering. The most important thing is not whether the soil is living or not, it is getting oxygen down to those lower roots, and if you don't let that container dry out all the way to the bottom, that won't happen. Also that inch down thing is a killer... do not water that way. Please read my sticky on how to properly water these plants.Guys I do have a question about mulched living soil.

That's what I usually think when investing into new stuff for the grow. What would I have bought instead, probably garbage....
That was me last year when i started up again. Epic fail on the super soil.
I feel like my first iteration of super soil was a massive yellowing failure and I would have had a terrible yield for all of the time and electricity. It was my fault for screwing up the soil.
You know we're going to need a full-on product review right? The reviews of it are pretty good so I went ahead and pulled the trigger.

what did you guys do wrong with the super soil now that you have had some time to reflect? Mine was crap on my first run too, but it had not cooked enough... from then on, and now 3 years into it, the soil is amazing.
And the product will look great because camera.
And speaking of buying stuff....
I found this on the net.
The Pulsar APX 2
Oh, great. I been watching them to. Are you also a vaper? My favorite since a year back is the Ijoy Capo squonker with Combo RDA.
How does that shit work with convection? Is it like a water humidifier? Do you have to change any thing in those?
Yes. I have been vaping since 2009. I am a mouth to lung vapor and I use the VandyVape Berserker. It is just as good or better than my expensive ass Kayfun. I got 2 of them on sale for 30 bucks. I'm also using the Hastur MTL RTA which comes in at a close second to the Berserker.
As far as convection vapes, instead of just heating the chamber that the weed is in, they actually heat the air that goes through the chamber to burn it at a more precise temp and burn it more evenly. When I saw the video review, I couldn't believe that it was that cheap. I have one on the way and will let you know how it goes.
Oh, had no idea you were vaping. Never manage to get any good results when trying to make my own thc liquid. Thought I give it another go when my Spliff Berry is ready. Do you thing mouth to lung is more efficient when vaping cannabis? When I made the last batch It sparked like hell when trying to vape it. Got so wasted from it I never gave it another try. Still got it in a 10ml bottle.
Sure give me a heads up on how it goes with the convection method.
