What up yo? I got 17 days til I chop this lady down. She is my 50/50 girl with regard to the lights. She got 4 weeks with cheap, Chinese LED's, and it'll be 4 weeks with the new Timber COB's. I think the switch threw her off a bit, but she's still gonna produce some good buds, although she may finish on the small side. I'm hoping she'll fatten up a bunch before the 27th, although I may need to let her go the full 9 weeks. I clipped a few more leaves off her today.
This is J8.
I have another plant, Noel. She was in the tent for only one week to 10 days, before I got the new light and she is looking pretty thick. The Nugs are nice and full, she's got me excited about doing Xmas trees.
This is Noel.
I'm hoping the CBD is gonna be a grower, I've had her under the Vipar since I put her in the dirt, so far she seems to be liking the light. It's up pretty high in the tent and I'll use her as my gauge for how high to keep the light. Not much changes since yesterday, but she is a bit taller today.
Sundance, who I put into flower with the installation of the new light, is looking good and has her first hairs, she will be another good idea of how I will flower moving forward. Between her and Noel, I should have a good bench mark on which lights are best. I actually tried using the Blurple LED's with the COB's, but it's got up to 87 degrees in the tent. A bit warm for my taste, I like to keep the tent between 78-80 degrees.
And as a last bit of news, I've taken a few clones off the BB and Haze I'm going to be flowering starting on Friday. I'm almost out of room in my tent, I shoved three more plants into flower a couple days ago which make 7 plants in the flower tent (did I mention that already...?).
Happy Tuesday my friends!!!
