The Emerald City

Great song - spans genres genders and generations :laughtwo:

I think it's a great song for more than those reasons. I think most music is up for grabs with regard to content and meaning. I first heard this song when I was young and really didn't care about life choice and semantics. That song popped into my head so I just went with it.

Looking good.

I always think that song rhymes with Night in the Ruts o_O:laugh:

If you're lucky and have the chance you could see Babylon's Burning ~ The Ruts

I was playing soccer and baseball with my friends in the 80's. Riding skateboards in the pool my dad emptied cause he was gonna 'Paint it Black' No BS, my dad drained and then later painted our pool black and put a pool cover on it too. The Coachella Valley Sun got out pool to bath temperature during the summers.

Who the hell paints a pool black and puts a pool cover on it? My dad did... that't the kinda crazy i don't understand!

Here we go yo! Got the final weight for the Berry Bomb Harvest. Pretty stoked considering the container was 3 gallons of coco.

I believe, using Beez's Math, that's 6.42 rounded oz.

Over the last few harvests the Berry Bomb has been the resounding winner for in the overall scent and flavor. The Northern Lights is a great body high, the Ultra Lemon Haze is a fantastic high but not as flavorful when smoked. The Trinity Kush is Stoney AF too, but again the flavor and scent fall short. This is my third harvest of the Berry Bomb, I've got one outside and she's pushing pistils. Gonna mix up an early flower lunch for her now.

6.42 oz of Stoney, Flavorful, Couch-Lock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:bongrip: :yummy:

A+ on the math!

Amazing yield for a 3 gallon container!! :bravo:

I wasn't sure, when I stopped at BTz place he had tiny containers of Hempy with some pretty nice size plants.

Indeed that is grate balls of fire! :snowboating:

I'm not gonna argue with Jerry Lee our his wife/ 2nd cousin!

:bravo: An excellent haul. I think the BeBo is the smelliest of the three now and definitely the most skunky. This AK is getting more of a lemon scent to it than usual, so the BeBo is carrying the canna-stink day.

Spot on with the math. BL is proud :).

You know I was looking back at my notes, unprompted :thanks:, and I noted that I yielded the same amount from the 10 gallons of soil and I don't think that plant was near the size the most recent. I'm thinking the switch to 14" containers is gonna be very rewarding! And I was just at HD, no Spinosad on hand but I did get the bamboo sticks I was looking for.
$.50 each, eh? Ok...

Any how got a coupla 6 packs, each one's 6' tall and blonde in color. So excited about my bamboo sticks, they're gonna add a new dimen...

SHOWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, to the garden.

BTW: Lens is back a day early!!!!! and it's cloudy outside

Something about a giant diffuser being good for portraits... It rained last night, random. Well for me anyway, there was hardly a cloud yesterday and it was a dry stinging heat. Today it's overcast and Oy It's So Humid! I was so shocked when I woke up and the lady of the house telling me, 'it rained last night." I walked outside, hit the 33% humidity and trudged on... Northern Lights and that Peyote C. looking like Dapper Dan today, they are in the place to be lookin fine as can be!

Silly comedy team, saunas are dry. Steam baths are humid!

I was surprised I couldn't find much about them.

Dang man, that’s a challenge! Due to unfortunate events (my lazyness) I had to harvest one of mine a bit early, was exactly 8 weeks flowering. It’s still hanging but smells delicious. I can’t wait to try it.

:passitleft:

When I head to SD in a few weeks I'll bring you some from my first batch. It only gets better with some cure. Couple few months at least I think. Those jars are in the safe! Hey you want a Northern Lights Clone? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have extras. I've been real lazy too especially since the garden has been getting smaller and the yields getting increasingly larger.

Damn, more math! I'll let BL double check but I put that at 56 days.

You know that's more math than I like to do in a day but at least I don't need a spread sheet to do it! :laughtwo:

Well, my old friend and I are getting reacquainted. I think I got a few good ones here. Shed, I processed the outdoor pics the same way I process when under the fluorescents. Such a nice rich green color, gotta lighten the shadows a bit though and find that sweet spot for pure blacks and whites.

So stoked my favorite lens is back, but after this next harvest (in a coupla weeks) it'll be veg only shots for a while. Well maybe a while, who knows, I could prolly flip the Candida now but i'm think just a little more time.;)

You know one thing I've noticed about either jpegs or uploading is it changes the picture. I don't understand why the picture looks one way before upload then the same pitcture is different after. Oh well, nothings perfect most certainly me and my pictures... You'll note in the first picture the Orca is actually black and blue not black and white!

I did notice that a while back (few months ago), you know, about the splitting stem and leaving extra. I never mentioned it cause I figured everybody else already knew, same as with the fox-tailing discovery a coupla days ago, although I felt I should say something as I've been having a lot of plants with fox-tails.

I don't remember anyone specifically saying, "Hey mon, you know that fox-tailing could be a bad thing." Not mad just thinking out loud. I'm hoping that Berry Bomb explodes with super flavorful buds no matter the yield, I wanna taste that outdoor sweetness and compare to the indoor. Did I mention I grabbed a cut of the PC? Domes are off and we'll see what I get. Every plants a mother as far as I'm concerned.

I'm gonna have 4 Northern Lights clones available is anyone is interested.

And for those who don't know me, you can ask @SweetSue @BTzGrow @InTheShed @DrDoob @Archiweedies about my clones/ plants.

Stay Baked!

:Namaste:

I don't know for sure, but I do have a bit of experience with this sort of thing, and I'd bet the website resizes your photos with a server side image editor, which lacks bicubic resampling and any of the colorspace features that you're used to. I'd bet if you resize your photos yourself to no larger than 1280x1280, so the server doesn't have to resize them, they'll look better when uploaded. Just an 'educated' guess, but worth a shot.

I'd love a Northern Light's clone! If it's anything like your other clones I'll probably have to add on an addition to my house to fit it, but it'll be worth it.

Thanks!

Other than the fact that orcas are black and white IRL, the pic on my screen looks black and blue-gray. I'm on a 22" LED monitor if that helps.

I'm with you there...part of my problem!
I don't remember anyone specifically saying, "Hey mon, you know that fox-tailing could be a bad thing."
Foxtailing can be a result of light or heat stress (rather than just genetics), but if your plant isn't showing any other signs of those then no one would have mentioned it.

LOL!

I love foxtailing. :laughtwo: I get excited when it happens. Lol! I remember @Graytail once expressing the same appreciation for those delicious flower bits that’d fill the bowl with such little effort. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I can’t speak to the photo issue. I haven’t noticed any problems, but then I may not be paying close enough attention to the finer details.
