The DeVille's White Widow & Bubbleicious - 8 Plants Under 2x Mars Pro II 320

I never won anything before. It's kinda huge for me as it gives me a chance to accomplish some long-time goals of mine. I'm really happy about this. I have been so poor after I got disabled in a work accident. I would have spent years saving up enough for all that gear, so yeah! I am very thrilled.

I will put the gear to good use. I will do experiments, push boundaries. And I want to test out a lot of hypothesis with the scientific method. There are so many methods out there people are using. Some of them works, some of them don't - Let's find out and document it. I worked with science in a lab for years, so let's fucking rock the building to hell and back

I'm really glad that you won DeVille. We know you will put your prizes to good use. It's refreshing to see someone win something that they need and can into good use. :bravo:

I learned today that the side-bars I won are full spectrum. That's very fine by me. Then I can use them both during vegg and bloom

I think the full spectrum would have been my preference as well. More versatile in the long run. I really am curious to see how much difference they make. ;)

UPDATE #11

White Widow & Bubbleicious - Day 36
Loveryder & Jack Herer - Day 10
Big Bud & Pure Power Plant clones - Day 7 & Day 2

Today when I entered the grow-room, I was really pleasantly surprised. The growth is even faster than I thought and the net has started to fill out quite a bit by now. Thinking the switch to 12/12 may happen even sooner than first imagined.

I checked the tank, the plants have been drinking about 100 liter since I opened the tank. They're drinking less than last round, but there's two plant less now, so that makes sense.

Besides from pushing branches under the net, there was not really anything to do in the main-room today. All the parameters are tuned in and everything is working perfect together.

Then I took a look at the autos. They are developing quite slow. I believe it's a little too cold in the garage still. Thinking I have to find a way to heat that room more efficiently when I receive my new tent. I want to give that room the same optimal conditions as I have in the main-room.

Then I noticed one of my tomato-bushes had started flowering. That's cool. This is my first tomato grow, so I have no clue how to proceed from here.

In the kitchen the clones are doing well. I see sign of leaves starting to yellow, which means they are rooting already. It's only been one week, so that's good. I took 4 more big-bud clones to make sure I have enough rooted plants for when the new tent arrives. Then the cat ate one of them, so I have 9 clones in total right now. I have to keep an eye on the cats whenever I take that dome off :) I love those cats and it's fine. They can eat my clones. It's not like there is a limited number of them or anything. Go ahead kitty - have fun!

Hmmm. My cats are lowering my cloning success rates :D

I'm so jealous of the amount of grow spaces you have. Just spectacular. I'm confined to growing in the "spare" bedroom.
Maybe someday before I die. If not, I'll grow from the other side. Can we say "I see the light!"

I'm really happy about it. Used to live in a tiny apartment where the grow-space was limited to 80x80x160. It's quite a difference now. Got rid of the apartment and bought a property with a 100 year old house, a couple of sheds and a garage out on the country-side. Really perfect for a hobby like this

Besides from the ghosts I really like it here :) JK

LOL Now I am even more jealous. But I'm happy for you man, and you are making good use of the property :thumb:

Think I have made a discovery - As I said earlier, I lost two White widow seeds. Then two plants came up from one pot and I re-potted one of them. Today I noticed that 5 of the plants are growing much faster than the remaining 3. I took a closer look and I'm 90% certain one of the Bubbleicious plants in reality is one of the lost White Widow seeds. That means I most likely have 5 White widow and 3 Bubbleicious plants. I am guessing the Bubbleicious seed never sprouted, but instead one of the lost White Widow seeds came up in it's place.

The question is what to do? I have one strain growing twize as fast as the other. That means the White Widow will fill out the net much sooner than Bubbleicious. I may allow White Widow to take up a bigger part of the net than the Bubbleicious or I switch to 12/12 as soon as White widow has filled out the net on it's part of the grow-room.

Will do some thinking

Smoked a lot of White Widow in Amsterdam, but never grew the strain. Anything I should know about it? Any trouble I could run into?

Look really great! someday i'll have a big place like yours! :)

I grown some White Widow in the past, the smell and the taste was so good!!

Nothing much, it was grown in soil without nothing special, no nutrient and grown really easy. It was a long time ago.
But there were 1 ww that I remember that has a different pheno, the look was the same but the smell was really different, really really sweet, never smell another plant like that. :)
