hey 253... this grows lookin good so far too, i think im gonna get some white widow clones too... think ill be right behind ya...

about your last grow/harvest... how long did you hang your plants for? and did you chop and hang the plant as a whole first, then cut into branches? or hang whole then manicure when dried?
been lookin around and not too many ppl post that part. articles online vary...

thanks

hey jjames, your harvest looked great! that stuff was looking tasty!

i chopped my whole plant down then snipped branch after branch and trimmed right then and there so i didnt break any of the dried product. oh and plus scissor hash freggin rules.

i hung them up 1 branch at a time and left about an inch between them all to hang and dry. after about 5-6 days my afgooey was snapping on certain branches and bending with others so i put the ones that snapped in one jar then the next day put the rest in another jar.. i didnt get as much as i planned since those damn root aphids hit but i was happy.

hanging as a whole shouldt be bad or anything. the outer ones will dry first im guessing though

White Widow

White Russian#1 and roots..those roots are getting massive

Just wait, those roots will get really massive soon. I use those homer buckets and the roots are amazing!

I just inheirited a WW plant thats 20" tall from the base of the bucket. I am going to veg it for 3 weeks and then flower all while using colloidal silver to produce feminized seeds...

Nice Job!

well i got h202 and added it to my rez..while i was adding it to my rez i put the white widow in a bowl with diluted h202 and let it sit in there for a few monutes before taking it out. i noticed how white they got after the dunk, i dont feel like its root rot i think its my calmag im using..it smells like vinegar and is a nasty horrible brown i cant stand general organics cal mag..i hear its not for hydro lol so i wont be buying this again.

plants are doing great today. i =m really seeing them grow from day to day its nice to see

thats right i still have that recipe in my inbox from that msg u sent me..i completely forgot about that.

well today i woke up, checked on the white widow and its rez isnt foamy yet or no gunk on the roots but if i see any sign of root rot im going to make that tea and let her soak it up along with some h202

H202 for 24hrs, then flush with chlorine free water and add the tea to your nute mixture. The h202 kills the good stuff in the tea as well.

I use botanicare calmag and botanicare silica blast. Everything else I use is GH, but I concur with your opinion as to their version of calmag. The silica blast is supposed to strengthen the stems, but my colas bend the branches at the end of flower anyway.

Hey Chief what PPMs at what conversion are you running on the WW. Mine seems to be ablet handle anything. Im at 2.0 ec

hey keifisgood. my ppms are at 970-1070. my white widow is at 1070 and i honestly dont know what a conversion is or how to figure it out. i think from what your saying you find it by owning a ec meter. i dont have one sadly lol but yea my white widow was the most sensitive in the beggining but now is my strongest. she handles everything. 5.4 PH'd water she droops at i found out last night lol. but ill look into this conversion stuff id like to learn more about it

Here is a little piece on conversion. Hope this helps.
