thanx for the ego boost bud. im doing the best i can. im going to post pics in the morning to show how different they act from night time to morning.. at about 8:45 all the leaves start sagging and drooping, so i usually figure its the ph but its never over 5.8.for the most part they seem to get tired at 8:45 and the got to sleep at 10:45pm so 2 hours before bed all 3 plants start acting like their going to bed and like clockwork when i check them at 4:45am i always see them perking straight up like their wide awake.

I vegged about 2.5 months. Her smell was actually lighter than that of the other strains i have. Very different though, After last night in the flower chamber she got SUPER smelly though. I actually got mine as a clone from a friend. So im not sure about seed bank! How long do you plan to veg?

i think im going to 8 weeks veg and flippin. possibly 9 weeks. this white widow strain came from dutch passion. From my first grow my master kush was my stinkiest plant and it had a dank smell to it. this grow is by far the white widow. shes already smelling up the closet with a slight smell of id say skunk smell and a bit heavier smell of a sweeter smell. this white widows my smelliest one so far. i tied her down in about 5 more spots earlier and i could really smell her scent after all the bending. last grow the master kush was getting a heavier smell which was alot more potent than the white widows smell now BUT the white widow now stnks more than the MK did in this stage if that made sense to you lol

I got as a freebie a White Shark..is she a White Strain??? this rockwool is a disappointment..i put a seed in water overnight then put in rw and it has not sprouted...its been over 24 hrs..using that method with jiffy pellets always have worked...in my DWC one fan leaf is dying..i feel like i'm losing control...i.m going to give it 24 more hrs and if i don't see any green i'm going to take the wool apart and see whts up...

Not all seeds will come up in 24 hours. I would give it a few days before doing anything drastic. Just my .02

yea i had that same problem before then i stopped using a certain nute and it cleared up within couple days

yep these 2 are apart of the white strain and your white shark is deffinately apart of the white family. i got clones in my rockwool and took 2 days for them to pop out of mine and that was after theyd been int he RW for a few days. sometimes they take a while i think youll see somethin pop through soon buddy congrats on the white shark

im guessing its the Adcanced nutrients part A thats making them a bit darker colored. that b 52 is also a neon green color when it hits the rez..weird stuff.

thanx thspot and nice to see you drop in. these roots are an improvement from my last grow. my white widows roots are bigger than both my harvested plants' roots from last harvest.

Hows the water uptake in your buckets chief ? I had dwc that once setuped, i just add the same soup again and again from the top because the water would get mostly all sucked upthe very next day and whats left in the reservoir is still stable and ph'ed.. What do you do step by step for maintenance on your buckets ? I think i got more lucky than learned on my last bucket run

Like...do you ph everyday ? When the ppm rise too much you add water or flush and start a whole new soup ? When you flush do you wash the inside of the water rez too ? Do you keep spare 5 gals, make new soup aside and just change the netpot from bucket to bucket? I was supposed to setup mine today and i ask you this because i got scared a bit...kinda insecure personality i guess...

After a week (give or take a few days) i take each plant out one at a time and put one in a seperate 5 gallon bucket while i clean that plants bucket. First i dump the nutes, then i turn the bathtub water up as hot as it can go and i let it fill up. once its pretty much full i turn off the water and dump the bucket. then fill my bucket up with luke warm water and add bleach. i take a washcloth and scrub the sides and bottom untill i feel i got any left over grime or gunky stuff (if any was there but better safe than sorry).

next id fill and empty the bucket over and over and scrub with a NEW washcloth to get the excess bleach off. i fill with cold to the touch water and start PHing my water before i add nutes. i PH it in between 5.1 - 6.0(not too worried if i get it right at 5.6 the first time. then add even amounts of my base nutrients part A and part B of advanced nutrients. right now my white widow is at 980 PPM and 5.6 PH the White Russian#1 is at 900 PPM 5.5 PH and the White russian#2 is at 713 PPM 5.6 PH.

I adjust my PH twice a day. the first time i PH down is withing 4 hours of lights on in the morning. second time is ALWAYS before lights out. the highest my ph goes from lights out at 10:45pm till 4:45am is 5.8 last night my White Widow was at 950, i woke up it was at 910. so mine goes down then i add to what all water it ate. i keep a mental note of where the water line is on all of them. its always the same spot for all 3 each time so i add water mixed with a 1/8 tsp-1 tsp of my base nutes then(if my PH is at 5.8 and i want 5.6) i add PH down and i have my PH down pretty much figured out. i usually add 5-6 SOMETIMES 7 drops of PH down to the water and it will drop me .2 on my PH meter.

one thing i want to emphasize on is ive never had my PPM rise too much yet. i usually catch it going down and have to add what it drank up lol.

i would highly recomend one. these things are strong growers. this strain is claimed to be on of the most potent hybrids ever tested.22% thc. ive heard of higher THC counts in other strains but this ones pretty consistant i hear. hope you find on buddy. thanks for dropping in

I'm using Advanced right now on my current grow. Are you just using A and B?

According to everything I have read your suppose to PH after all the nutes have been mixed in. What advantages are you getting from doing it first?

im not sure of the advantages but for me i add 2 tsp to my rez and start my nutes.(im not into pausing to check the PH since i know that 2 tsp will PH my water to 5.1-6.0 every time) then i add my even amount of A&B then check PPMs then go back and add the little bit of PH down or up i need before i put her back in the bowl after it sit and mixes around for a minute.

i dont just use a&b im also using b-52 and Sensizyme. adding powdered piranah in week 7.
