Like I said earlier the law expires in August so he must fix it by then and he's quoted saying "I am open to discussion", so it could be a thing soon. But unfortunately like you stated they will prolly find a way to profit from home grows.

hopefully not but it's gov so we know how it works. New York is considering a tax on potency like %20-%25 THC content would be higher tax than say low potency %15-%19.

Because the children would probably die from exposure to the fumes ...I swear....They may try to require home growers to register for a license (for a fee of course).
The Conservatives here tried to get that put in the legalization legislation when they failed to block it. They also wanted home growing or storage banned for people with children in the house.
