Hello mudder hello father hello sister hello brother...idk why that's in my head.

Here's my veggie tent family. Loving the @Maxsisun MG3000. Can you believe how they've grown since the upgrade? Especially our monster crop reveg of Ammy, our beloved Amnesia from the summer!

Can't wait to see what the seeds will do under it!

Does your state law reference "cultivation"? That's the skate here in new York.

The word cultivation means to the preparation of land to "grow" crops.

While to "grow” means to put in soil and merely grow.

I've already had cops in my apartment for unrelated situation...and they started in with the "what's in the tent.....is that weed? You know it's illegal to grow currently". I had them pull up the law and then we broke down the legislation and it comes down to the wording...he told me it was a grey area but if we go by what the law states I am within my rights and limits on how many plants.

Just figured I'd put that out there.

You know what Happy tbh, idk all I know is we are a sick state and somehow the ordinance and law formats are different between our legalization clauses. I haven't looked too far into it, although I should just in case, because it just angers me so much

I'm anti law for the most part....still abide...but will push my limits... So when we legalized I googled and searched anything I could to find a loop hole. I'll look into yours and see what I can find.... I'm on here looking up dumb sh*t anyways lol

Your governor is open to discussion on in home grow....it is currently illegal with up to 5 years federal prison and a hefty fine for a single plant.. but with that being said his legislation expires in August so by then there should be a reform to change the laws.

I've been something other worldly blessed to have been born with the Mother Earth gene. I told Maritimer the other day its not like I learn as I go it's like I remember the more I do it if that makes any sense at all.

As for the journals, please!!! Stop! I'm grateful you find any time for me and my 127 journals. Don't ever feel like you need to catch up.

Gotta be that person that makes a change not just be mad that no one is changing.....

Geez Skunk, thank you so much, what kind words!! Haven't killed one yet, hope not to! I hope I can add value to anyone's day, I think that's the main goal for all of us in the end. 5 years x 11 plants....ayeee...lol you know I feel like this state just wants money so eventually, they will come to an agreement. It will I'm sure it will heavily rely on some form of extra taxation. The mindset is so askew. A woman in the background on the news the other day, documenting a piece on a heroin ring, screamed "This is because you legalized marijuana!".

I read through some more on it... Like I said earlier the law expires in August so he must fix it by then and he's quoted saying "I am open to discussion", so it could be a thing soon. But unfortunately like you stated they will prolly find a way to profit from home grows...hopefully not but it's gov so we know how it works. New York is considering a tax on potency like %20-%25 THC content would be higher tax than say low potency %15-%19.

And I hope a flying stop sign pays that lady who screamed that a visit :laugh:
 
They may try to require home growers to register for a license (for a fee of course).
The Conservatives here tried to get that put in the legalization legislation when they failed to block it. They also wanted home growing or storage banned for people with children in the house.
