wow what kind of rooting gel are you using thats a thick stem on that clone? I have been real successful with schults rooting powder and jiffy cube but the other day I took 24 clones and ended up dropping all of them from about 6 ft high and Im down to 4 now and still no roots I think I double dipped in the powder to many times maybe went bad.

oh yes i do! almost more than my old crippled ass can keep up with! some days it takes me all day to get the plants tended , i will be relieved when im down to just 1 journal, yet it will be a tad sad to say goodbye to it, but on to bigger and better! i will be in your journey toomy brother

i dont use much powder i slice at as much of an angle as i can,then lightly scrape and make tiny lil' cuts across the stem to hold powder, then roll/dip moist tip/stem in powder i think its rootone got it at homey d ,yellowish, then i tap off as much as i can poke a big hole in the jiffy peat pod ,i prefer the coco ones when i can find em, presoaked in ro water and a few drops superthrive, also at homey d it really helps them not wilt,and with the stress of being severed from mommy, then into my makeshift humidity box on top of a heatpad on low , mist evey day, and in 3-10 days i have roots, i keep a 13 watt cfl in one of those round worklight reflectors about a foot above them on the glr light sched thats it, so far i have had 99% success , i see no reason to build a areo cloner as long as this keeps working like it does,

pic update the kids are growing great, the purple 1s are stretching nicely the male is producing tons of purple balls hehe, the p1s have very low odor but if you rub thier very thick stems or rustle the leaves you can pick up on a delicious fruity pine scent, the female is starting flower production, im pretty happy with them, the rpk is blowing my mind with her? bulk and busshy ness shes got tons of shoots coming up thru the sun leaves, not showing much sex yet im 80% sure shes a she theres some close ups i think i saw a white pistil in there somewhere her biggest leave are huge 9-10 inches across my hand measures 10 inches from thumb to pinky see pic.i'll start with a couple pics of a great lil' scope spiffy got for me, its 45x with 2 leds itss great clear simple and tiny for scoping trichs i have found nothing better

heres the f2 trailor trash seedlings 12/12 from seed

next up purple maroc and 3 of her babies they are in a mix of organic soil 50%
and 50% coco and will be fed BPN 7 PART ORGANICS with the new grow and bloom formula

heres royal purple kush in all her indica bushy fattness or should i say "phatness"

and the lovely purple balls and his sister

welcome aboard!! that scope was cheap cheap like 5 bux got it from "e- rhymes with hey" i have a usb microscope, and about 4-5 others but this one is the best!
im pretty sure rpk is a she just not as eager to show sex as the p1s, right now i have just the one male but i welcome males in my garden im breeding for seed,and genetics

the purples are streching for the light !!\
they getting big

yeah the p1s are 50% sativa so im expecting a decent amount of stretch
the rpk is 85% indica so not much stretch gonna happen there ,i will be putting some purple maroc clones in the flower rm soon, once they have stabilized

i took 6 clones yesterday 2 from each plant, i even did the male for 2 reasons, i want to see if males clone any different as i have never cloned a male, and i want to insure theres fresh pollen for upcoming females, and i really like this plant it has such great traits, the 2 marocs in the shot are from last round, 1 is spiffys,(she decided on that and an rpk) the other bottom left is the shorty top that need a little more time, and the strain is a 7 week flower or so they say in the write up, anyway heres a pic,

i have a full on microscope with usb camera, its nice does an excellent job, i hve posted pics from it,but what i needed was something effective on the fly for checking trichs, i bet that scope ur gettin' will rokk ur sockks! first time i saw a 10 foot trich i wanted to jump thru my scope and live forever in the "mushroom jungle"! its a wonderland in there!!! congrats bro!!
