Testing The ViparSpectra XS1000 With VetSmoke85

Hope that's what it is. Just seems odd to have it on two different strains from different breeders and to appear at the same time.
Maybe I'm wrong, I'm gonna look now. Got my curiosity going :laughtwo:

That answer to be honest kinda throws the mutation part out the window- I was wrong. The odds of it are fairly low.
I'm too tired to trawl for it and make sense of much right now. Started work at 09:30 yesterday and didn't get home until 02:30.
Go get some sleep brother, I'm sure when you wake up, an answer as to what it could be will be here.

I'm sure @InTheShed or @StoneOtter will hopefully have some insight- as I've no clue. From what I read when looking, there's a range of what it could be, and an experienced grower (unlike me!! :laughtwo: ) should hopefully have some advice.

Thanks for looking mate. I'll have to look back on my other journal. Think it sorted itself out but I'm curious to know what causes it. I may have switched to water, feed, water, feed to clear it up. I did calibrate a new pH pen for this one but will check that again.

Unfortunately I can't sleep until I've taken the Mrs to work and got the kids fed etc. It's days like this that I think about how much more my mind and body could cope with in my 20's. In Kandahar in 2010 I did 136 days straight of 12-20 hour work days. In extreme conditions. That would kill me now. Lol.

Isn't getting old fun? :cheesygrinsmiley:
I used to be able to work/stay on the go, for over 24hrs with no sleep.
Now that I need to wait for exhaustion to outweigh the pain, that old ability to stay awake is a serious pain in the arse.

I'm glad Shed was able to clear things up for the weird growth :thanks: Shed!)

No way it can be the nutes but it could be environmental. Generally that's genetic as Rex mentioned, and since they grow out of it I'd be thinking more about when you can get some shuteye rather than what to change to stop it from happening!
Good point well presented:laugh: Humidity has been a little low so maybe it's that?

So I'm calling it 2 weeks for the white widow (far left) and Tangerine Dream (far right). The Tangerine Dream is already showing pistils which is a little concerning. Don't think she'll be the biggest auto I've had. The mutant Pineapple Gum is 18 days old.

Check out the mutant growing 4 branches out of 1 node.

No idea what's going on there apart from its busy.
Not a bad mutation to have- it's going to be real interesting to watch her grow up..

Not a great deal to report today. The Pineapple Gum definitely has 4 branches coming from every node on the 2 main stems that she formed herself. I've put a few bendz on just now to start trying to spread things out a bit. The Tangerine Dream in the front 2ltr pot is making me laugh, she seems determined to hug the soil.

Day 21 for 'the freak' Pineapple Gum. Really is going to be fun spreading all those branches out. Some may need to get snipped.

Day 18 for this White Widow.

Day 18 for the Tangerine Dream. Shes proper kicking into flower mode now. Think she will be a small one but that might not be so bad with 'the freak' likely to take a bit more room. Can't remember how old the little ones are.

Thanks all for looking in. It's good to be getting back into it after the stress of last year. Already thinking about the next run.

They all look happy, Vet.

The P Gum seems to want to raise a ruckus! :ganjamon:
