Testing The ViparSpectra XS1000 With VetSmoke85

Day 27 of 12/12

Had another 1/3 cup of @GeoFlora Nutrients Bloom. Wondering if it's too late to pollinate one or two branches with the pollen I collected from a reversed clone of this mother. I like the way this one grows.

Hello and good day to you all!

@ViparSpectra have given me the great opportunity to test their XS1000 LED grow light and I hope you'll join me in discovering what this light can do. As a veteran I'll break this down into a military style briefing.

Situation
I wanted to do another autoflower grow and ViparSpectra were kind enough to allow me to test their product. Also to decommision my old veg cabinet and keep my bonsai mothers and any clones along with the autos in a new setup.

Mission
Grow some awesome autoflowers, keep the mothers ticking over and show what the XS1000 is capable of. Main focus on the light and autoflower plants.

Resources
ViparSpectra XS1000 120W LED light
Grow tent 50x90x160cm
AC Infinity Cloudline S4 extraction fan
4" carbon filter
Various USB fans for air movement
Biobizz light mix soil
Fabric pots
Remo nutrients supercharged kit
Autoflower seedlings- 1 x Pineapple Express (Fast Buds), 1 x Orange Sherbert (Fast Buds), 1 x Skywalker Haze (Dutch Passion)

Most importantly, you ladies and gents to come along for the ride bringing your knowledge, interest and encouragement. The more the merrier.

Limitations
First time growing in a larger space. Yes, believe it or not for me this tent is huge.
First time using the Remo Nutrients.
Myself - Although I've had some great success thanks to everything I've learned from all of you here at 420 Magazine, I'm only 2 years into growing still and relatively inexperienced. Hopefully we can all learn something together once again.

Any questions so far troops? Next post will be detailing the XS1000. Thanks for reading this far. We'll get to the good stuff soon.
Sir. Excellent post. My husband read it, retired military Sgt. He liked it. To get A compliment on A report from him I had to report back to you. Excellent work Sir. Go 82nd airborne.

 Thanks a lot. I'm in the UK so an allied veteran. Please thank your husband for his service from me, and thank you for supporting him. Not easy being a military spouse.

Sadly these are the last pictures of this lovely lady. I had to cut everything down last week because of the on going housing situation. It was tough to cull this one now.
I'll be back up and running soon I hope. Thank you all for the support.

Nice one mate. I'll swing by soon. Not being able to grow right now is killing me. We still haven't found a new place yet and each time we have, someone else gets it. The XS1000 is a powerful little light and I'm looking forward to seeing your results with them.

What a nightmare mate. Hopefully all settles down soon. Growing really helps me with my mood during stressful times so not having it right now is making it tougher. There's just next to no houses to rent right now. Even fewer that will accept pets and the couple that would we've not been successful in securing. Might just have to move us all back up North. £1500 a month for a 3 bed is a piss take anyway. Can get the same for £700 back up North and earn almost the same salary. Only thing keeping us here is my daughter being in year 10 and my father in laws health.

Finger's crossed for you mate hopefully you find something soon down here 3 bed houses are around 650 800 a month I'm trying to move aswell as next door are grasses and grassed me up so I got nothing here atm and it really is annoying as I love my gardening now it's relaxing hope you get sorted ASAP mate

Damn I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble @VetSmoke85 @NuttyProfessor and @Ljb1. :( I hope you all get your living and growing situations sorted out soon and can get a positive finish to another crazy year.
:peace:
Feel bad on vet though as got a house just slimey next door hope vet get all sorted soon

@Ljb1 it sucks when people can't mind their own business.

The sales agent told me this evening that they have a few 'mega investors' as he called them viewing the house tomorrow and there's a possibility if one of those buy it they'll keep us as tenants. We'll see.
