My 5ft normally grown girl in soil was 8 oz dry cola's and about a quart. oz in popcorn. So adding another foot in growth and allowing for extra weight before harvest, i think the 11 oz mark wont be far away for him!!

Yeah I'm thinking anywhere between 5-10 ounces LMAO! Like I've said a hundred times I'm hoping for like 5 zips so I can keep growing! A few pics below might give a clue on the total yield.

Lol jk! I gave my mom some meds and that gave me about a gram and a half left of the purple Kush! So I had to chop some smoke! Looked for about average sized bud and chopped her.. Should be 3.5-4 grams dry. So if I even only averaged 1.5 grams per top I beat my 5 ounce goal. Should be quite a bit more.

I might change my trimming on this one. Normally I cut it right down to the bud but these leaves were fucking caked so I might leave a majority of them on.

Trying a new drying method with this to see if I'll do it on the rest. A friend of a friend said that this is the absolute best way. Hang the buds and slip a lunch sack over it and then every 7 days just swap the old lunch sack out for a new one. He said it can take about 2-3 weeks but at the end of that time it's cured and ready to go and the stickiest stinkiest buds without using the jar.. At that point they go in the jars just to preserve them.

If I get 2 grams a top that'd be a little over 7 ounces I'm guessing I'll be around there. It would take 3 grams per top to get over 10 ounces, sorry FISH!!

I thought you said you counted something like 108 tops. you got so much bud there, it's crazy! Do remember the plant the one dude grew that was 1.3 lbs? I think you will get 1/2 lb less than him.

I would be confident at getting least 5 oz off it teSmp.. There is no way that your plant, given its size and amount of tops it has, that you will get less than 5 oz!
As ive said my last 5 ft tall, about 4.5 wide xmas tree untrained and grown in less than ideal conditions, gave me 8 oz DRY. By comparing the 2 plants mate, sure i had mostly larger buds, but if you estimate say 4g dry, from each top off your girl, which is what i reckon youll roughly get off the average sized buds. I think youll be close to my weight if not more - what does that equate to?? Soz ur gunna have to count your tops first!! But buds dont really lose like 3/4's of their weight, maybe 60% at most IMO.. So 4 g's dry each top as an estimate should cover most of ur smaller buds, so add that up and let me know! ( IF YOU CAN BE STUFFED! ) I think itll give you a surprise..

I thought you said you counted something like 108 tops. you got so much bud there, it's crazy! Do remember the plant the one dude grew that was 1.3 lbs? I think you will get 1/2 lb less than him.

Yep I did count 103 tops that were visible without looking at the popcorn stuff that popped up down lower by the screen. Only 5-6 days and we'll find out

can anyone give canuckgal any advice on the medium she is growing in, she is using coco i think if i remember right, she is having problems as she has not grown in it before, she has got new journal up and the link is in my journal, just trying to get a girl some good advice, its something i know nothing about as i have not used it, just wondered if anyone can give her some good advice and get her grow back on track, her plants are young and have suffered.

are you still planning on letting your plants go longer mate with more amber this time, im going to try it with 1 of my nl x bb, at the moment i harvested half of one of them and it was all cloudy with 2 or 3 amber trichs per leaf, but the other nl x bb im going to let go longer and then i can compare the smoke and the affect and then ill have a better idea of when i want to be harvesting, im not hugely impressed with the size of my buds, i might try getting some ph up for when i put my next plants in the hps room, so ill see if that gives me bigger buds, im just not sure why they are not as fat as other buds i see on here, the only thing i can think of causing this is the ph, but its not that far off, before i transplant my small veg plants into bigger pots im going to try some different compost, but if im still not happy with the results then i might start thinking about hydro, yes you did hear me right, i did say i might go hydro,

I really don't know a shit about coco or major problems in general because I've never had any, knock on wood! Sorry I can't really help out there. I went over there anyways.. I think heat is her issue.

I plan to start my flush tonight for about 5 days so I'll cut her down this weekend. Last night was the first night I didn't really noticing any more swelling so I think the trichs will be changing pretty quick now. You without a doubt need pH for soil plants, when you mix BPN you'll be in the hydro range. Even though your giving the plant nutrients it's not taking in a lot in the hydro zone. Also an actual HPS bulb could help. And yesssss hydro! I don't think you'll be completely satisfied till you give hydro a run and then you won't stop talking about how good it is I can tell you for a fact I won't EVER use soil again. When I met you I thought I'd never try hydro...
