this I can say with confidence that Yes DP they will continue to ripen after cut just like a tomato thats picked green and put on the sill to turn red:)

did i read it right that even the trichs continue to change after harvest as well, so you might end up with more ember trichs even though its been harvested.

Ya my pistils always go form white to redish/brown if I cut them when they're still white.. And yes your correct just like fish said ^
 
Day 42. Couple cell phone pics.. Seems like its just getting to that fill out stage.. Changed the res out. 5.8 pH and 1310 PPM..

Wow dude... she looks awesome. I wish I had something like that to call mine. i'm thinking big yield for an indoor plant. You are convincing me to grow this way...

Thanks man! I would have to say this will be my biggest yielder.. By double at least lol. If I were to recommend only one thing it would be to switch to hydro if you haven't/don't. Then SCROG, I think the hydro will be the biggest factor in my yield as well as easiness of this grow. I've seen to many failed SCROGs lately, including my last one!

That plant looks sweet and how much longer do you think you will let her go for?? She s doing well so least another week yeah? Are you going for some Amber trichs or just turning Amber?? This time i have my new 65x M/scope, instead of my 20x last grow, the difference is crazy!! Wish i had it back then.. Im goin for 15-20% amber this time,let her go as long as possible - last harvest was all cloudy, and i dried buds in different ways, so i had batches of different taste/high weed, which was good:) Some was real head cerebral high, and the other s had just enough kick to help me sleep, so it was cool..
I hope my girls nug's will be as sparkly as yours bro!:bravo:

Thank you! I'm hoping for just five ounces but I have a feeling it will be more.. Not bad for seed to harvest in 3 months..I plan to go another 12-18 days just depending on the trichs.. I think I'll shoot for around the same your trying for. And yeah this sensi star seems to be really exceptional on the trich production! And usually the last week is when all them really start coming in. Cant wait!
 
I think youll do betta than 5 oz mate! i did that easily last grow, so just give em time, they should get denser soon:) Happy Harvesting buddy:) Smokemup

How was the test smoke? Getting that complex flavor now when you touch them?
I still cant make up my mind regarding taste lol..

Well like I was saying I hope to have 5 ounces or less... Not really a good thing to hope for but I just moved here and wouldn't know what to do with it if you know what I mean. I can't smoke 5 ounces, not even close. I only use the vaporizer and it barely uses anything.

Slowly vanishing yes lol. Getting pretty comfortable with the outcome but it's not how I want it yet. I will definitely post wet and dry weights..

SCROG or SOG.. Just comes down to how many plants you want and if you want a perpetual harvest.. If you don't care about plant numbers and want to harvest every few weeks then SOG.. If you do care about how many plants you have and don't care about trimming every few weeks then SCROG... Obviously I only want one plant lol..

And yeah it's getting crazy with the trichs! :) I haven't got to test it yet, it will be tonight!
 
@teSmp, its updates with pictures like that that make me want to do a scrog, it makes me wish i started one sooner, them buds are getting really fat mate, well done, ill see how yours finish up then ill make my mind up.

i got huge problems, my flat stinks so bad, my plants in big pots dont smell that much, but the 2 hempies smell so bad, and they have only just started to flower, plus they wont stop growing, their both over 3ft now, im getting over 3 inches of growth a day, the res is empty in less than 18 hours, how can i slow them down, so if you are looking for a strain that wont draw attention to your grow then dont buy afgan skunk or reserva privada sour kush, only grow these if you are within the law to do so, they stink so bad, cant wait to sample the buds though, just need to sort the smell out, i just spent money on air fresheners, gel air fresheners, carpet powder, candles, incense sticks, think even carbon filter would struggle, ill try that ona idea if i can get some money for some, not even sure where to get it from, probably the net is the best place to look

Yeah I'm telling ya when you actually go for it your going to regret not listening and waiting so long lol! It's a tried and true method of growing it's not like I made it up and you have to see what happens! What's the most you've yielded off of one plant? I'm guessing this will be between 6-9 zips with 3 months from seed to harvest, you can't really ask for more from one plant.

That's to bad about your place smelling up, mine is a bit too and I'm running a carbon filter and ona.. The ona really works though there is no doubt about it. They have it on ebay.co.uk for £14.49.. I have the ona pro and it kind of has a unique smell, they have a fresh linen version to that I guess smells pretty good but I've heard it doesn't work as good as the pro.
 
ill check the auction site then mate, ona is my only option i think, mate you got any ideas how i can slow the growth down till the hempies stop stretching, i have removed 2 fan leaves off each as they had grown to twice the size of a dinner plate, they was huge and covered all my other plants,

How far into flower are they? You can supercrop them if you have a height restriction otherwise they should stop stretching fairly soon. You could also just LST them a little but it won't stop them from growing...

Your going to need a way to get the ona into the air.. You can make an ona bucket if you look that up on youtube or something.. I place a little lid with it in my exhaust ducting and it cleans the air before it comes out of the ducting.

thanks mate, ive looked at a few ona bucket guides and seem easy enough to make, plus i got the right sort of fan to mount into the lid as well so i should be able to throw one together,
i dont have height problems its just that these plants are getting taller and taller, i can raise the light about another foot but then ill need to mount it to the ceiling which will give me another foot to play with, its just the more i raise the light the further the other plants are from the light, i dont really want to start raising all the plants up in case any of them fall over, but if i have to do it then ill have to do it

Yeah they're real easy to make if you have a drill... I was just over at your journal.. I think the only way will be to raise the plants up to the light so they're all even... I had to do that to before.
 
I was reading a while back a guys reservoir was climbing in PPM everyday to fix it he would raise the PPM of his solution until it stabilized... From others I've heard you would want to do the opposite..

Well I went for it yesterday put in 1310 solution and tonight it's only at 1330!!

For the last 3 weeks it has jumped 100-200 PPM every night and I've been keeping it around 800-900!!!! WTF.. He was right, at least in my case. So this whole time I've been running a weak solution to try and keep it stabilized :/ not any more... last few weeks of this I'm shoving then nutes down her throat!

My gf handed me the vape bag and I said man i am high.. She goes me to, but I'm not complaining I'm sitting on a cloud right now! Haha :)
