Somewhere I have my grandfather’s glass he used for looking at coins. I’ll have to dig it up and see if I can use it somehow.
It might be a really nice piece of glass even if not a brand name, some of those old large loupes were awesome. I have one no brand 15x that is about an inch of viewing bliss....but since I only have one of those it's my preferred coin loupe.

Since coins are pretty much flat, one does not really need a good depth of field.

P-plants look good, we need a Lone Star sesh sometime with everyone from our state. And I need to start my two autos.

Not to question a plumber (I am still in the thinking stages), but would a simple 30/50 buck aquarium powerhead made by a nice german company called Tunze work to move enough water down some of that simple black irrigation hose with a 8/1 splitter/gov. Chunk it in a rubbermaid trash can with water nutes. I use one to refill my aquariums and can move about 40 gallons in 10 minutes through 3/8th, but one would check that back a bit....

950 a minute@ 3 foot of head is my zoeller mini grinder outside, isn't that overkill? I have a 20 some odd yard run and if I don't cut output back about 80% it dumps on and off in 2 seconds and sprays water across the alley in my neighbors pool-which is pretty cool, but I don't wanna douche his pool

Clean up and reset complete...

Just gotta bust up this brick of coco, flush it, then fill my 3 gal pots.

Pretty sure Jolene will come down this weekend. Lights will go back to 20/4 and the autos will have the dancefloor.

One thing came to mind when looking at the trichome pics of Jolene. The foxtails are brand new and so are the trichomes, so you should try to get a peak at the trichomes on the earliest growth if you can, for comparison.
I actually clipped a test bud about 2 minutes ago. LoL

It was the lowest "bud bearing" branch... got like 3 golf balls on it.

Checked tricomes on it and they were all milky with about 5% starting to turn... not even amber yet, more of a darker off white.
She's definitely ripe enough to cut, but think I'm gonna give her til Sunday to show me something.

It's not just her... I'm convinced everything in my room grows slower than average.

Here's the test nug...

Jeez!
Not an amber tricome in sight. LoL

Oh well... the coffers are full, no rush on this fat old lady. LoL
:snowboating:

I wonder if the cooler weather is slowing the development?
Not sure, but it's been this way since I started growing... 99% of my plants go way longer than the breeder timelines.
:meditate:
Shit, I had a group of autos run into the 120+ day range before I harvested with clear trics. LoL

I justified it by saying "well, I've heard of autos that don't amber up". LoL.... although this is true, it probably wasn't the case for me. I just cut early.

No mas! LoL
I'm holding off on cutting longer & longer with each harvest. The results are staggering. Not sure why they grow slower for me... maybe because I'm a little slow myself. :nerd-with-glasses:
Whatever the case, I've learned that breeder timelines don't apply to the Temple of Bloom.

I'm waiting on the plant to tell me from now on. The density gained in those last 2-3 weeks o_O
