Tead's Indoor-ish, Winter, Hempy, OGK, SOG

I think the vinegar bottles I use are slightly bigger than 2 ltr. I may need to bump up to 8g.

Question: my Carnival has struggled with mag deficiency, but I've been mixing the Cali-Magic per manufacturer recommendation. Is it safe to increase that nutrient dose, and if so, within what limitations? I've considered that Epsom foliars might be the best way to counter that, and I can keep them up indefinately. I don't believe daily foliars would have any negative effects, would they?

Will the yellowish leaves take on more green with foliars?

I've done 2tsp each epsom+milk/gal as well as 2.5tsp CalMag/gal and have seen no signs of issues. Foliars would work too of course, I'm just not a fan of sprays. Your yellow leaves will not recover.... the only recovery the plants do is drooping recovery... once the leaves are changed in any way, they don't usually 'un-change'.

Oh look... Tead learned a new word!
Ennui. I like it. It fits.
Got a trip to Chicago laid on for late August. Perhaps that will raise the ennui haze.

I like the entertainment tip... tho there are always a ton of local options. The Howling Wolf is a fun venue to boot.

One thing about the Mississippi down there,,, you can damn near walk across it. That is one powerful river......... Nice plant. Roots holding all that perlite together... Keepem Green

By that, I meant the color, Big Muddy.... That river is totally different at its headwaters. I use to sit on this one bridge and always think about how much water is going past in a second. I swam the Arkansas River back in my fool days. Came out about a mile down river.. And that river only has about half the volume the Mississippi River has. Keepem Green

Few days ago, right? Yeah, it's sad, but we'll all be there one day so ... As long as he had a good life, that's all that matters.

Looking into your tent I see many happy hours ahead for you. I take the pup has you trained? :laughtwo:

I know someone that might decide to use these instructions... I think I'll put them here for when they realize it.
Hang on BTW.... it's a big'n.

First... the scene of the crime.
I cut up 1' sections of 6" schedule 40 PVC. Drilled a drain hole and a couple of smaller holes at the very top to run wires thru for whatever support system I decide to jackleg up.

First layer of the 15g Osmocote+ load. I put a thin layer of perlite on the bottom to keep the osmo from moving and then toss in a bit.
MakeOsmoHempy5.jpg

Then I put my next layer of Osmo right at the hole level.
MakeOsmoHempy6.jpg

Then I just keep distributing it in even-ish layers. This time I used 2 scoops of perlite from my blue go-cup (lower right on photo above) between layers of osmo.

My marking system. The pot holds 6L of medium. It's got a Northern Lights with 15g of Osmo. When I reuse the container, I sand off the plant and nute info.

Not bad. One wonders what the kids in Deutschland would have to say about it. Next up will have to be a hempy pot from a toilet bowl.

So the deadlifting and squatting days are over?

So I managed to make the OG Kush you gave me look rough. I don't think it likes my tap water so I had to switch her to the RO. She seems to be doing ok. I have to keep her alive for another 3 weeks or so until I get some soil cooked. Glad to see all is well in your parts, I would love to go see Antiques Roadshow. You guys will have fun.
