How long are you going to wait? Nobody touches mine for at least 3 weeks after the jars are sealed, so about 5-6 weeks after harvest.

I gave out a couple samples today. I don't go thru much, only a bowl full before bed. Unless it's a weekend away or something like that it's very light consumption so I'll just pick away at the little popcorns while most is jarred up
Should be well-cured by the time you get to most of that then!
