Tangwena's Malawi-Style Cob Cure: Fermented Cannabis

I've never used the husks before but half way through the initial sweat I decided to try it out for this run of GG#4

Been smoking it all night so hope this post is more together than I am.

Started off with a little over 50 grams of buds that were drying for almost 2 days.

So after sweating it for approx 20hrs it was still pretty wet so decided to wrap it in corn husks

Looking Good PyrO. They got nice and dark. I like that look. I hope it's everything you want in a cob and more.

They look lovely Pyr0. :high-five:

So.....smoking the GG4 all night or the GG4 cobs? If cobs, pray tell, how did you find them at this early stage? I've been smoking my Carnival cob tonight and after another month I can say it's definately more potent.

Tomorrow I'll chew this 0.3 g piece I have set aside and see if I can take a little mind trip on a Saturday afternoon. :battingeyelashes:

I hear ya there, I was wondering about the plastic too. No way would I ever boil something in a plastic bag...
I like the idea of using glass jars but will wait to see how others turns out. That would be ideal imo
:passitleft:

:passitleft: Thanks :hugs:

I think the fermented buds in jars are going to be a nice option, but I don't think they'll come close to what's going on in the compacted cob. There's a totally different chemistry going on in the cobs.

I'm thrilled that so many are going to be cobbing in the near future I have my final harvest before I move coming up on the 15th and I'll be cobbing Carnival, Zamaldelica X Panama, and Red Diesel. WooHoo! The Zam X Pan alone'll be a couple cobs and dried buds to boot.

Then I pack it all up and let it cure while I start my perpetual all over again.

I haven't yet reached a decent perpetual status in almost 4 years. Lol!

There's that hopefully again. I'm thinking you're going to be set up in no time. I'm sure Tead has you covered as to filling your tents (clones, seedlings). And you'll be perpetual just like you want!!

It’s really nice knowing I’ll have clones ready to go when I get there, but none are the chemovars I use. The daughter finally convinced herself that we’ll find a way past her anxiety over shipping logistics so I’ll be starting three new plants to keep her regimen on target.

Tead specializes in Osmo Plus. I use other nutrients that won’t be compatible so starting them for me isn’t really an option, unless I fall prey to the simplicity of Osmo Plus, something I’ve done in the past.

So many wonderful times ahead Bode. My mind is awash with anticipation and the thrill of opportunity. :slide:

Don't you love the way the cobs burn cleaner and smoother the longer they cure?

Oh yeah..... they get more potent as they go too. Lol! Is it just me, or is anyone else continually surprised at the potency increases?

I took my cob out yesterday and it looks good, heading into week two and waiting patiently... I'm not sure I want to post any photos because I don't know how to turn location off.. Sue looking forward to meeting you after you get settled in, I run down to NOLA every few months...
:peace:

I believe our site protects you from the GPS tracking capabilities on our photos. Part of the big money Rob spends to keep us safe here. Do you think I'd have nearly 40,000 photos in his gallery if I didn't feel safe? :battingeyelashes:

I'm counting on your regular visits. My location should be easy to find :slide:

Funny you think just like me, Fl isn't the state to get caught in either but just got my license so not afraid as I was before. Still only vape no smoke in our state yet. Like you I made sure my GPS was off before taking pictures.:goodluck:
