Dam brother lookn great those blackwater turned out nice as shiz my man congrats i hope my first hb harvest comes even close to lookn half as gud as that n ill be happy lol. So what did u yield off the autos u did hibrix style? Jus tryn to figure out if i shud jus run all autos for my second hb run. Cause so far its my gorilla glue #4 auto that has looked the best so far out of all my hibrix plants ive done so far. Altho the auto is the only plant ive had in flower with the hb soil yet. But still even in veg my auto barely missed a beat an im very sure the only reason i got 2 leaves show alil burn was cause i got a foiler from another plant hit it an the light burned those 2 leaves tht got shit on them. So lol other then that it never had nuthn wrong with her unless u include the drooping or sad looks they wud get wen i wud dry her out all the way but then as soon as i fed her boom back to perky as hell lol. But my clones are having issues due to it being to dry over here. An im waitn for my nex check inorder to buy new equipment like a humidifier lol. This check is all about lighting an environment. Maybe thts why im havn better luck with the autos. Maybe cause of there fast periods of life they arent around long enuf for the environmental issues to effect them as bad as the photos or mite have to do with how they operate internally or sumthn scientific i dnt know about lol. Well no matter what i end up doing that harvest u jus did looked great man congrats.
Thanks, Brother! That Blackwater is definitely a keeper and will be growing her again next round.
I don't grow autos. I may make a rare exception but, as a rule, I stick with the photos. I like to clone everything so I can keep the top strains going.
I've been keeping an eye on what's been going on with your first HB grow and tried to give you some hints on Doc's thread that you need to get that humidity in check. I noticed Doc stressed this, too.
This is "Lesson #3" from the "Top 5 Lessons For New Growers" link in my sig:
3) Before you start worrying about spending lots of money on nutes, put your money into providing a good environment for your plants. Proper lighting, ventillation, humidity, and temperatures will do more for maintaining healthy plants than any nutes you'll find. I'd rather grow with lower quality nutes in a good environment than try to make a go using the best nutes in a bad environment.
Just get your environment in check and the kit will take care of the plants!
Also, if the plants are wilting, you're waiting a little too long to water. You want to feed them when the pots are dry but BEFORE the plants start to wilt. The weight of the pots are a better way to judge timing than seeing the plant drooping.
