SweetSue's Perpetual 3.0 - The Hempy/HB Hybrid Grow

Good morning everyone

One more day....

Blame it on Pigeons 420. Hockey season has started and the son has early mornings, so Wake 'n Bake has been bumped to 7:30 AM. I was too distracted to get the cut done before lights on.

A day's reprieve is a good thing. I drench more than half the collection today. Don't know what I was thinking scheduling harvest for today anyway. :laughtwo: I'll let her dry out another day.

I just finished cleaning the old perlite. The fun never stops. :laughtwo:

Into the shower with me. I'm out of brownies :thedoubletake: so first up today is a batch of brownie oil using my new system. :slide: I'm gonna be lazy and take a lot of walks along the river today, after drenches, mind you. :laughtwo:

Look for opportunities to be just a little more joyful today. With this crowd and the ability we have to be loving in every moment that shouldn't be too taxing for you. Lol! Pigeons woke me from sleep this morning and part of me wants to crawl back into the bed for a bit more. Might just do that. :battingeyelashes:

Yeah.... not in the manic world I roam in. Lol! A shower it is. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Until later, my friends. :ciao:

Yes I am Mr Am4zin. So are you. :laughtwo: I must have felt him. I was sound asleep, the phone in the other room, and when he posted I woke up. :laughtwo:

The earlier hours are more convenient for you. :battingeyelashes:

:hugs:  :hugs:

:hugs::circle-of-love: Great morning to you Sue and friends!

The national forest is looking epic we must say, can smell the sweet aromas of those beautiful flowering girls all the way up north here.....mmmmmmmm, gotta love that smell. = Guardian Angel

Have a spectacular day :Namaste:

Blessed Buds our friend and be well :passitleft:

The national forest.... :laughtwo: That cracks me up! I thought I'd be cutting the numbers down, but in reality I think I came out with one more. Lol! I'm taking a walk in a couple minutes and give some thought to how often I really do want to be harvesting, and what that translates into in plant numbers. The trick is to hold myself to the schedule. :battingeyelashes:

Have a wonderful day yourself. :hugs: A hug for the lovely woman by your side. :hugs:

.....

I did it again, didn't I? :passitleft:

Day 11 from flip, and CBD Critical Cure 2.6 decided it was time to bloom. :yahoo:

YES!

Funny thing is, the only other person I know here like this is my daughter. :laughtwo: Her father would be so proud. LOL!

You should meet my wife, she can wake and bake and keep burning bowls from dusk til dawn. I just can't take that much myself ... anymore ... once upon a time I could, but I grown less THC tolerant with each passing year. Maybe I've tickled my ECS for so long I may have achieved the anthropic principle. Lifelong growing has provided a life hardly ever without good and inexpensive MJ. I'm blessed!

:biglaugh:

Peace
Keith

My daughter regularly comments on how blessed she is that she never has to go searching for her cannabis, and it's always top-quality. She watched her mother hit the road every day to bring home enough to keep Dad going another day. She has a perspective many others don't.

I'll tell you, growing enough to keep myself supplied has been such a relief. The peace of mind of knowing there's more than enough is the best of all. I'm not easy to keep up with me :laughtwo: and my current income wouldn't afford this on the street. Not that this quality can be found on the streets. They all sell couch lock weed.

Morning sweetness :hugs:  :hugs:

:passitleft:

Mornin' Mr Am4zin :hugs:  :hugs:

Gee....thanks..... :passitleft: Perfect timing. I just finished my Cheesy Carnival Omelette.

IMG_452013.JPG

This was popcorn trim from this morning's harvest. There's enough for tomorrow's breakfast too. :slide:

IMG_451913.JPG

Ok, enough dawdling. Let me get this day's drenches going.

Joy, my friends. Can there be enough of it? I'm smiling ear-to-ear this morning, having the particular flavor of joy that is harvest. :cheesygrinsmiley: I was just thinking that there's nothing other than great sex that's more fun than a harvest. :laughtwo:

The formula is "get really, really happy about whatever you're doing, and then follow the impulse that comes." I'm getting better and better at this vibratory thing, and what it's done to transform my life is nothing less than spectacular. Therein lies the explaination for why I'm so passionate about inspiring more of you to join me. This feels so good I want you all to have the same. Wherever it is you get the trigger for your own joyful expression, go there now and hit the refill button. Ramp the feeling of passion up and watch the wonder that reveals itself to you.

Have fun fun with it. Life is supposed to feel good. If yours isn't feeling good, take a moment and find a better-feeling thought. Live deliberately and your life lights up in the most marvelous way.

I'm sitting here gazing out the window and wondering why I'm not headed out for a walk along the river. It looks like a quintessential fall day, and it's calling me to get out there and revel in it. I believe I'll do that before I do drenches. :cheesygrinsmiley: Until later. :ciao:

Sue,
That looks delicious.
Bong Appetite!

LOL

Ms Betty Crocker and the omelets... now Im hungry

What? You haven't tried this yet? Fresh popcorn, chopped garlic, butter or EVOO, and two scrambled eggs (a splash of milk to fluff the eggs). Drop a half-slice of cheese before you fold the eggs into themselves and grab some toast and jam.

You have no idea how tasty this can be. :battingeyelashes:

Sue,
That looks delicious.
Bong Appetite!

It is delicious Stage, and of all the chemovars I grow Carnival is the best for edibles. That Candy Cane I grow for the daughter is so nasty that I don't even lick the bowl when I make her brownies. :laughtwo:

Give it a try some morning. The sense of wellbeing is special to this application. It surprises me just how different it is from capsules and brownies. Each offers a different experience, and with the omelettes it's a deliciously satisfied feeling that all is right in my world.

In a universe where what you vibrate dictates what you'll be experiencing, this is an excellent way to start the morning off. Now you know one of my secrets to successful living. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

High Sugar,
I am making a vow to try the Carnival.
Maybe I need a few landrace in my yard perhaps? :passitleft:

Harvest: Carnival 4.2 (

Crap!!! Just lost the harvest report to the ethers. I'm gonna do something about eating before I try again. *sigh*

You won't regret it Stage. I assure you. I don't know of anyone yet that grew the chemovar and wasn't completely mesmerized by the sweet euphoric experience they offer.

Harvest: Carnival 4.2 (Day 129, flip + 63)

I considered letting her go a bit longer, but the pressure was on to get her finished, so someone else could take her spot under the lights. She was sending signals that she was done, or was it my need to have fresh Carnival to smoke? :laughtwo: It's hard to say.

The wash

IMG_445420.JPG

I changed the setup to include the final rinse in a nearby bucket. I'd been doing the wash, draining and refilling the sink with fresh water, and then rinsing. This went much smoother with the bucket.

Ever since someone - I believe it was KeithKeif - mentioned tieing a string to the branch and swinging it outdoors to throw off the excess water, I'd been thinking. Today I went ahead and did something akin to that, without any strings and indoors. :cheesygrinsmiley: I live alone, and no one yells at me when I make a mess. It's water, it evaporates.

The aftermath

For a brief time Malawi had lots of light access.

IMG_452116.JPG

Until I moved Candy Cane 3.1 into the tent with her. Tomorrow I'll take her clone cutting. I've pretty much given up on the Malawi. She has a good while to go, but the damage to the leaves is so intense that it's got to be setting her back. I'll get her to harvest, but her clone is the one I'm really excited about.

IMG_453310.JPG

Lots of room to grow over here. Tomorrow I'll do some clone transplanting and the shelf will fill up again.

IMG_453411.JPG

She was probably the easiest Carnival I've grown so far, and for sure one of the most beautiful. I swear, I can't grow enough Carnival. :laughtwo:

IMG_444111.JPG

Somehow I'll learn to consistently get in excess of two ounces per plant. At this point I'm pretty sure the big thing holding me back is light.

More light = greater yields.

To be honest though, I love growing so much it really doesn't bother me to end up with just an ounce of top-quality cannabis. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

and I thought I was the only one who loses stuff :whoa::whoa:

I figured out what happened Jim. I'd opened the page earlier today and then didn't finish the post until hours later. I neglected to save my work and refresh the page first, so when I went to full compose mode it simply vanished with no way to retrieve. It's the one circumstance when the auto save doesn't actually save.

Note to self: refresh, and "by God woman, save your work!" :laughtwo:
