Black Dog is starting to put out some goodies. Sue if all's good and healthy,, try giving her about 9 weeks. Helps with the lite yields she produces.......... Nanna's,,, that's scary.. You going to have afew seeds of all of them. I myself,,, stay away from seed from a hermie male,,, nothing worse that doing a flip and having it all get seeded about 6 weeks or so in...... But when you have them long flowering sativas, they tend to do that close to harvest.
GL and Keepem Green
That was the first I’d heard of cedar oil as a pest control additive Woody. Thanks for that.
The puppy is growing more exciting every day. She’s 42 days into flower now, and I leave on the 16th, so she may not make it a full nine weeks, but she’ll be close.
I counted, and the best I can give her is 57 days, so 8 weeks and she has to be pulled.
She’s in soil. If I decide to let her go longer I guess I might get Hash Hound or J to harvest her while I was out of town, but that just too much.
Wanna talk positive......an old fella I know said he was happy he got spidermites on his girl...... I was like oooohhhh nooo.....but he laughed and showed me the pics.....the plant(s) with mites had more resin/thicker Trichomes.....his theory is that the bugs made the plants kick into "DEFENSE MODE" I seen it with my own eyes......same strain.......but the one with bugs was way more sparkly if you will!!! Blessing in disguise? Just interesting view I thought I'd share. Happpyyy Monday Folks, Friends & Neighbors
I’ve always flirted with stressing the plant to increase trichomes defenses. It used to make me uneasy to abuse them, but I’m learning not to fear.
I just thought I would check as I was on one of my many old man bathroom trips in the middle of the night, and low and behold Sue is up... Then in my baked head I was like " wait it is like 3am"... Huh.... after catching up from Friday . I better understand... I was kinda thinking to myself as I have followed these last few weeks that you had alot of buds, somewhat smaller than when I first started following last year... But yummy looking just the same.... And I am interested in how you are battling the pest issues... Green Days
This group simply gets defoliated as they go. Typically I’d use spinosad, but that’s too much trouble this close to harvest. I’ll let them struggle through, keeping what control I can.
Good morning everyone
I’m off to a late start. Staying up until after three is interfering with normal schedules. Good thing I live unstructured. Lol!
I don’t know if I’ll make it a month with that Miracle Morning routine. I’ve decided I have Miracle Days, and dropping that hour in the morning just isn’t doing it for me. I feel like I’m taking a step backwards. Yesterday, with four plants being processed, tossed a big wrench into that format.
When I’m four days in and already missing a session it’s not a good sign. Think I’ll pull back to my meditation and movement and let the rest of the routine be my day, as it already is.
Rant over. Lol! That morning madness didn’t go as well as I imagined.
I forgot to show you how much the Candy Cane loves her space.
Her predecessor took 55 days, so she’s ahead of the game already. Sometime in the next two weeks she’ll come down.
@Jgrowlove, this is the panel I’m passing on to you. I’ll be keeping it until I get replacements from Dan since I’ll still have two in flower when I leave. Just wanted you to know that so you didn’t worry that I was keeping the light. Lol!
Ok gang, time for me to walk away from the devices and get this day moving. I woke up ready to play with the cosmos. You?
Deliberate joy my friends. There’s the key.
