SweetSue's Perpetual 2.0 - The Transition To Doc Bud's HBB Kit

. . .

It's hard though, coming across need that I can't fill. . .
pains me. But so true. I just wanna help.

. . . it occurred to me that this may benefit from a good topical. Topicals are underrated as healing modalities. The cannabinoids attach to the CB2 receptors in the skin and do all manner of wounderous things. You might want to look into that for your family member.

i am thinking you are right. Targeting the extremity of skin and working on in. I did mention to put the coconut oil on any dry spot skin. i try to keep the subject matter as positive and happy. When someone has not walked in over 2 decades I try to just promise happy thinking.

Well this ol' vagabond has to get him and a crew of 2 (I think two today) to Georgia or something by midnight.

I am singing a happy travel travel tune on my way out.

Check this out. :cheesygrinsmiley: This time of the year the approaching sunset lights up the tiny closet. I turned and caught a glimpse of the shadow DDA6 is casting. :thedoubletake:

Sorry to go back and dig this up.
Dan from Timber was who suggested to me to run with the lens off.

are we confusing lens and reflectors?
I guess they are both focusing the light, but in different ways.

I don't have the little white reflectors, I have actual clear silicone lens with the Vero240
I put them back on to see if it kicks the flowering into high gear now being at week 6

these 2 pics were taken by a guy that did an online review
there are fans attached to the lid that sit over the heat sinks

HH
Absolutely. I was confused. I was thinking reflectors. That was what I talked to Dan about because I was not sure I needed them in my small space. I think I typed lenses because it is a shorter word. I am such a goof.

I like your 4 in 1 meter. My 3 in 1 meter got eaten away in the soil and I just disposed of it. Do you like it. ?

It's a decent tool to have around for about $14.

I'm not exactly sure what the light meter is measuring. I tried to find out by searching a bit, but came up with nothing.

However the company does have a light intensity meter they say measures up to 10,000 foot candles.

from google; LUX is an abbreviation for Lumens per square meter. Foot-candles equal the amount of Lumens per square feet of area. So, that one candlepower equivalent equals 12.57 lumens.

so I am guessing the 10,000 fc = 125,700 lumens?

even though the Vero is showing less of what ever the meter is measuring compared to the p300, it's at least on par growth wise with the previous plant under the p300, and that was with the lens off.
the buds seem as big at 6th week as the ones did finishing 9 weeks under the p300.
we'll have to see how well she finishes in a few more weeks with the lens on.

it is using 240W and the p300 is using 180w

Hash Hound, you have me feeling even better about my lights. :hugs:

Good morning everyone

Look! Yet another opportunity to fill a new day with joyful expression. :yahoo: I don't know about you, but I love waking up with a grin and a giggle. :cheesygrinsmiley: Deliberate waking has changed the trajectory of my life.

I couldn't resist. :battingeyelashes: The camera nearly jumped into my hands when I looked in the tiny closet. Lol!

DDA6 isn't going to cooperate and hold off until I have the pressure cooker. She's gonna be ready in another day or two, from the looks and smell of her. I'll ask my other walking buddy. I bet she has one too. My walking companions are both two years my senior and there was a time when pressure cookers were all the rage. Hahah! We're creating our own type of pressure cooker rage, aren't we? :laughtwo:

DDA7 has a couple more weeks. She's gonna try and break the 100 day line. :laughtwo:

A friend is driving me to the FedEx store this afternoon to get this puppy shipped off to TheRedDragon. *contented sigh* I find it satisfying to have been privileged to pass on the contest winnings so that all that joy got spread throughout the membership. I'll forever be thankful to Dan at Timber Grow Lights for helping to make it possible. I may have been MOTY, but you all are the driving force behind me.

Alright people, take that bubbling joy and share it far and wide. :hugs:

I love my electric pressure cooker. Havent used it for cannabis anything yet, but I can crank out a chili or stew in an hour, and have leftovers for 2-3 more meals. Whats not to love :)

Cool. Eventually I'll buy my own. Maybe I'll get lucky and stumble upon one someone no longer needs and just wants to pass on.

Sue, keep your eyes on Amazon for a deal of the day for Instant Pot. Black Friday and after the New Year have both been times that I've seen it go for almost half price. That's how I got mine. :)

Thank you. Another thrifty shopper. :high-five: I should be able to use my friend's unit until then.

Time to transplant. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Look at the Carnival!!!!:thedoubletake:

I count them at 12 days from the cut. Here we go again! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Nice roots on Carnival! She's ready to dig in!

Yes she is DopyLemontree. :laughtwo: I was really excited to see it, and her leaves look healthier too, although I don't know if that's possible. It looks like she'll have no time coming back into veg, does it?

I'm making a pain cream for the BIL, and ran my finger into the side of a hot pot, raising a welt immediately. So I reached over for my own pain cream and slathered some on instead of grabbing a piece of aloe vera.

Within seconds the pain is gone. :cheesygrinsmiley:

You're welcome! Great equipment can be had with good planning and saving. That leaves us the all important seed money. :)
