I'm out of brownie mix. Lol! Off to the store I go.

Good morning everyone

This week I'm gonna remember to join Rex Pigeons in the Saturday Wake 'n Bake. Missed it last week, what with all that harvesting going on. My morning is obviously off to a most joyful start. I certainly hope your own weekend is off to its own joyful romp. Get out there and spread that joy far and wide. There's never gonna be too much to go around, so be generous to a fault.

You. Joy. Be generous. Be daring. Let yourself be vulnerable. It's a glorious life when you let it be.

:Namaste:

Cool beans, how many days did it take?

Sweet Seeds says 65 days or so. These are from Rifleman though, and I'm not certain how long they'll take. I've had them go as long as 90 days. Let's hope these are faster. :laughtwo:

I found that lost prefilter for the Can33. :laughtwo: It was right next to me the whole time, covered over by a tarp I somehow never looked under. Lol.

Things always work out for me. I hadn't had the inspiration to place that order for another one yet, and this is why. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Inspired living kicks ass over motivated and planned living. Wonder why it took me so long to catch on? :hmmmm:

OK....... I started off by moving the shelves out of the bathroom and set them up over by the tiny closet. They can run off the same timer.

Good morning Sue! I'm really interested in your setup here...can you explain to me what all I'm looking at? I've seen those shelving type racks and know where to get those. I see you put a small fan in there. What are those lights hanging down? Is that a special fabric you to enclose it in? It doesn't appear you have any kind of inline fan or exhaust?

I need to do this for maybe a veg setup and also to sex clones! Since I do very small grows, one or two plants, if I could avoid having to get a big ole tent with another inline fan and exhaust, etc that would rock. This is slick! :high-five:

Good morning Sue.

Happy Donut Day!

When my daughter was 3 1/2 she asked what you get on you half birthday, because at that age the 1/2 is a big deal. I don't remember if it was her idea or my wife's, but every half birthday since then the Donut Fairy has delivered donuts for breakfast.

Just wanted you to know I'm doing my part to spread joy by eating donuts! :) HAPPY DONUT DAY, EVERYONE!

Sue,

I know you have your water solution with the Distiller but I did want to toss out a neat RO solution that DrCannabi found and I bought one too. This has an adapter for a water hose and your kitchen sink faucet. I use the sink adapter. It has 3 tubes: one that hooks to the water supply, one that filters off bad water into the sink drain and one that gives the good RO water. I just fill up one of those 5 gallon orange coolers (like the ones you see at every sporting event), use that and fill as necessary in advance. Works great and you don't have to permanently install anything, it's much more portable.

Bulk Reef Supply 4 Stage Value RO/DI System - 75GPD - $150.00

BRS 4 Stage Value RO/DI System - 75GPD - Bulk Reef Supply

Thought I'd toss that out for anyone looking for a more portable or non permanent RO system.

The LoLz, sorry, how long did it take to get it to sprout?

silly me, sometimes I think i type what i think i think i type, but I do not.:trance::riskybusiness:

Lol! I know the feeling. They were planted about 9 PM Wednesday, so less than three days.

Here they are three hours ago....

I think keltic was asking you how many days since they were planted? :laughtwo:

That's similar to the one Nis recommended I get. Thanks for the link Beavis. I'm sure it'll be well-used. I'm leery about that waste water ratio. I don't need to increase my water usage that much and call attention to the grow. For the time being I'm oK with distilling my water continuiously. The electric company's already used to the power draw, although they do take every opportunity to tell me how much more I'm using than my neighbors. Lol!

I had a lovely visit today with a local member and his girlfriend, a rare chance to talk HB with another grower and share some of each other's bounty. He timed this visit well. :cheesygrinsmiley: I sent them home with some well-cured Carnival, some just-jarred Carnival, a branch of fresh harvested and still drying Carnival, and a couple Carnival BioBomb brownies to try, with proper cautions, of course. :laughtwo:

He left me with a sweet bud of his own speciality, White Widow.

I'm testing that out right now. Loving this tower more and more.

I want to be your neighbour.

You're very generous, which is no surprise to anyone, I'd guess.

Garden Update: Saturday, February 25, 2017

I've decided to dispense with any illusions that I'll be regular in the posting of these updates. They'll be once a week, somewhere during the weekend. That's the best my spacey brain will offer. :battingeyelashes:

Something of a busy day in the garden. Following the latest harvest the tent got scrubbed down and swabbed with a diluted Clorox mix and left to dry. This morning, right before company arrived I flipped CBD Critical Cure 2.

CBD Critical Cure 2 (Day 75) This is one drought-resistant strain! My records show she's only had 5 drinks in her entire 75 days, only one of them a drench, and she's not quite dry yet. Her next two waterings are just plain water. That's not gonna fly because I'll be hitting her with CAT earlier than normal. I'm just winging it with this one. She's not going to demand very much from the soil, from the looks of it.

I took the best cutting and set her up for cloning.

IMG_467310.JPG

The clone attempt in the front bag is from Emerald. When I returned from Jamaica I realized I'd neglected to dip it in the rooting hormone. I've done that since. I'm waiting to see if she'll pull off the miraculous. I'll be starting my last Carnival seed tomorrow anyway. Time to order more. :cheesygrinsmiley:

IMG_46759.JPG

It's time to get everything marked before I begin confusing them with each other. Lol!

IMG_467612.JPG

CBD Critical Cure 2.1 is all of 7 days potted. She looks happy to me. She has the Timber Vero 240 all to herself at the moment.

IMG_46788.JPG

I've been distilling non-stop for the past couple days. I'm three gallons ahead and hope to stay there. This works well for me.

IMG_468111.JPG

Emerald (Day 123, flip + 27) is going dry every two days, so she was out for a refill. She always looks much better up close than when she's sitting in the tent.

IMG_46807.JPG

She's an explosion of pistils. Its hard to be disappointed in a plant having this much fun blooming. :laughtwo:

IMG_468311.JPG

IMG_468411.JPG

Her tent companion, Candy Cane (Day 83, Flip + 27) is doing her best to withstand the mites that rose up out of nowhere. I ckipped out the leaves with the worst damage. She's going to have to survive the onslaught. I'm not playing that foliar game with this bushy girl. I did notice a couple leaves in Emerald that got attacked, but nothing I'm concerned with. We now know that being hempy won't save them from the Borg.

IMG_468510.JPG

She's doing her best to bulk up.

IMG_46868.JPG

IMG_46879.JPG

Trichome production is just kicking into gear for both tent occupants.

One last look back.....

IMG_46917.JPG

I closed out the spurt of activity by wrapping up the latest batch of brownies under the lovely influence of Hash Hound's excellent White Widow, which I'm getting ready to have another taste of. I'm looking forward to getting his critique on my Carnival. :cheesygrinsmiley: It's so nice to have the chance to compare notes and share a bowl with new/old friends. I think we're going to have to plan a dinner. We discovered we graduated from the same high school just a couple years apart. :laughtwo: There wasn't enough time to visit.

That lovely man and his charming companion helped me out by taking a coffee table I no longer needed and was hoping to get relocated into another home. One more thing eliminated in my quest to get down to basics and be ready to move in a minute.

IMG_46925.JPG

I thank you for stopping to share in the joy. There is so much joy and satisfaction in cultivating cannabis, made all the sweeter by being able to share. Continue on with your own joyful day now. I'll be seeing you around the yards. I'm going to try to keep myself from falling into study mode this evening and stay with fun and games. Well.... study is kinda like fun and games for me, so......

Sometimes it can get a little confusing inside my brain. :laughtwo: I'm ready for more of that White Widow.

IMG_46939.JPG

Later... :ciao:

Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood should be SweetSue's Neighborhood! We just need to get you tennis shoes and a cardigan. And Trolley could pass around the brownies to take us to the Land of Make Believe. Please, won't you be my neighbor? :)

The WW you received is more my speed than your regular medicine. Eager to hear what you think.:circle-of-love: :hugs:
