SweetSue's Perpetual 2.0 - The Transition To Doc Bud's HBB Kit

I do. It just so happens that my second year in NOLA had a very warm winter. I totally remember getting horribly sunburned at Mardi Gras (amateur move) and very few chilly days.... just like this year.
Not saying that things are not changing... they sure appear to be... but warm winters are normal 'round this neck 'o the swamp.

Sorry should have been more specific, north virginia, NoVa, not NOLA,:sorry:
unless you were just saying NOLA in addition, ugggh I am out of it today.
EDIT:I vaguely remember driving near NOLA and It being cold out once, but every other time it was hot as could be. And delightfully humid. My skin likes humid.
:Namaste:

Very cool Sue. It's neat that you're getting all the lights working for you. You've got a great gameplan! Can't wait to see your vision all come together! :thumb:

very nice harvest. it all looks very tasty. Nice growing Sue!!

Why thank you cannaruss. It smelled amazing jarring up the dry and washing the new. The plants grown in Doc's soil have a distinctive smell that quite frankly makes my mouth water. :laughtwo:

A nice haul indeed. Looking good Sue.

Cheers.

Thanks Ditch. Almost caught up. :laughtwo: I've been looking longingly at the long list of subscriptions that I still haven't gotten to. I bet Rosie's close to being harvested by now. :battingeyelashes:

Hi Sue.

If you stand a lot at a counter, I can personally recommend getting a Wellness Mat. They're expensive but well worth it for comfort and longevity. I have two in my kitchen. Here's the link in case you're interested:

WellnessMats

:circle-of-love:

How sweet of you to think of me. :hugs::Love: I have rubber flooring in the kitchen, the same flooring I use for my exercise/work area in the living room. which comes very close to what the gel mats do, just not as attractively. It's come in real handy when I drop anything. Nothing breaks on my kitchen floor, it all bounces. :laughtwo:

It's nuts! I woke up this morning and opened all the windows. This might be a good day to take the Candy Cane out on the balcony and spray the hell out of the leaves with some spinosad. Yeah....... more mites. *sigh*

Mine's been complaining ever since I came home. As humid as this valley can get its no match for the island. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I'm looking forward to watching it all come together too Beavis. I'll breathe easier once the lights arrive.

Good morning everyone.

Nothing like a stroll past a new harvest to brighten the morning. :cheesygrinsmiley:

A little size perspective. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Sticky as hell and smelling unbelievably tasty. :laughtwo: I have company coming tomorrow, an impromptu visit by a member and his lovely companion. I may have to share a branch with him. This is too good an opportunity to share the fruits of the labor with another HB cultivator. :slide:

That idea makes me crazy happy. :laughtwo: What a nice way to jumpstart the day. I have this tent to tear down and scrub with a Clorox dilution so I can flip the CBD Critical Cure tomorrow.

Time for some breakfast and the second half of my breakfast brownie. I went back to having them back-to-back. Stretching the harvest is a commendable goal if I'm running short, but I don't plan to ever be in that space again and I personally love the over-the-edge feeling of being slightly too high. Lol!

Still have that order for the rainforest site to get together too. Keep forgetting about that. I have most of the plates spinning, just some auxiliary projects to get balanced, and then I should be able to relax back a little and return to the writing. My muse has been blissfully silent while I get back into the swing of things. Just a couple more days at top speed and it slows to a gentle pace and stays here for a bit.

Joy my friends. Let it bubble from within and flavor all the precious moments of your new day. Share it far and wide and find yourself with an excess when you lay the head down at day's end. Nice how that works, eh? Glad to have you along for the joyful journey.

:Love: :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs: :Love:

I just checked my lottery ticket, and discovered I won $4. :yahoo: How cool is it to be able to say I won the lottery today? :laughtwo:

Somewhere in my tiny 725 sq ft of living space with reduced belongings is hidden a new prefilter for my Can33. I have looked in every space, every nook and cranny, opened every drawer and box...... It's a comedy of errors, performed by a woman who knows better than to frustrate myself like this. Lol!

I'm going out into the sunshine and appreciate the warmest winter in my memory. I probably won't find this lost prefilter until the new one shows up from the rainforest. :laughtwo: Being totally soaring on the Carnival brownie makes a big difference in perception. The job will wait until the new one arrives. Never do today what can successfully be put off another day. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Can't seem to do frustration with a straight face anymore. Lol! Later guys. :ciao:

I really need to think about a small veg setup like your program Sue.

I like that setup. Creative use of space and functional.

How sweet to have the cosmos step in and make things a little more interesting.

You might be on to something Sue. I found out what the extra flood lights are for. My sister called and has had someone prowling around her house the past couple nights and saw a guy in her yard this morning. I'm about to go set it up so her yard will be like daytime at night.

Camp on her roof tonight. Prowler will loose bowel control when you light him up and rack the slide on a shotgun.

Just sayin.....

Hello Sue :Namaste: Wore out your old journal eh?

mouser, Jim... hello. I'm doing well enough, thank you. Always well medicated :high-five::passitleft:

How's you all?

Just been chilling since I finished my last grow. I have seeds to plant but that will come in due time. No rush here as what I grew has me tillted all day. It's all a good deal until the munchies kick in. All is good. :bongrip:

HEIRLOOM!!!!!!!

Where the hell.... ?????? Oh Baby, welcome back. :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

Tell me you're here to stay. :battingeyelashes:  You were missed in Jamaica mister. :kisstwo:

Hey Heir :) Nice to see you poking your head in now and again! Hows things?

G'day Heir....great to see you peeking out of the shadows. I sure hope you are well and well medicated. :bongrip:

You see how much we adore you? You poke your nose in and we all come to attention. :laughtwo: I'm doing good buckaroo. Won another contest. Actually won a couple and I think I've confused the vendors. :laughtwo:

Gosh, it's good to see you again. I missed you something fierce. :hugs: :hugs:

When I cashed it in it was worth $7. :cheesygrinsmiley: :slide:

Yesterday I recieved the box of RX Green Solutions nutrients. I think this is the line I'll keep to use with my hempy pots.

Today I recieved the box of Remo nutrients. These are being passed on to a happy member. :battingeyelashes:

Aside from the seed vouchers that still have to be sorted out, the only prize remaining that I haven't heard about is the panel from Advanced. I'll give them another week before I start sending messages.

It's like Christmas that never ends. :laughtwo:

I'm growing more fond of the Vapor Tower. The high still isn't as intense as I prefer, but it does give me a nice bouncey feeling after vaping a small quantity. I've learned to take three pulls and turn it off, then finish hitting it until it stops making vapor. That's just enough to carry me about 30 minutes.

I particularly like the big, flat holding chamber for the herb. I have all this fine shake that drops off when you trim for jarring up that I've been vaping a little bit at a time.

IMG_46607.JPG

Then I turn on the tower to heat up for about three minutes (I finally read the instructions :cheesygrinsmiley:) .....

IMG_466110.JPG

...and go right to it. When I fired up this batch I forgot that there'd be a fair amount of loose trichomes in with it....

IMG_466215.JPG

IMG_466314.JPG

.....so it caught me off guard when it suddenly vaporized all of that at once. :laughtwo: I was just getting ready to try to catch a shot of the vapor stream when it happened.

IMG_46645.JPG

Quite frankly, I'm surprised I was able to get this posted. Of course, it took me almost 15 minutes to get it done.

The oven timer just went off. For some reason I always find myself making oils in the middle of the night. It's time to toss the brownie oil in to cook for an hour. I'll be making a fresh pan of brownies in the morning. I have company coming tomorrow and it might be nice to have a couple extra brownies for them to take home. :cheesygrinsmiley:
