The best brownies are always the first ones out of the oven. Yes...... it was very tasty. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yes, I'm feeling happy.

Damn!!! Potent meds. :slide:

Interest aroused..... I was drenching CBD Critical Cure 2 with plain H2O and noticing the lovely smell she's emitting. Now I want to know what that smell is. I've noticed it in a couple other strains, including Carnival, though not as pronounced. :hmmmm: Maybe it's that in Carnival it's blended with copious amounts of Limonene.

Today's drench was a gallon and a half of plain water. Her next drench I'll hit her with the first CAT. She'll be right at the perfect stage of her development by then.

I went looking for the terpene profile - well, for any profile, but I had a strong sense a strain this medicinally valuable would have been tested.

Now to understand what I'm looking at. An interesting profile of components.

As an comparison for my session of evaluation, the profile from Analytical 360 for CBD Critical Mass, my personal favorite of the CBD strains I've grown.

Oh good, something to wander through when I need a break. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yes..... The caught my eye. From Leafly:

What is Guaiol and What are its Potential Benefits?
Benefits of Cannabis Terpenes — guaiol, occurring in cannabis and guaiacum

Guaiol is not an oil, but a sesquiterpenoid alcohol, and is also found in cypress pine and guaiacum. It has been used for centuries as a treatment for diverse ailments ranging from coughs to constipation to arthritis. It is also an effective insect repellent and insecticide.

Guaiol's potential medical properties include:

Antimicrobial
Anti-inflammatory

Strains that can test high in guaiol include Chocolope, Liberty Haze, and Blue Kush. At Tilray, strains currently exhibiting relatively high concentrations of guaiol include Barbara Bud, Jean Guy, and White Widow.

Ooooo..... I see a lot of learnin' ahead. The lists are changing quickly. There must be a decent resource by now. :hmmmm:

Thank you again for this Jacob. :hugs:  That was a most enjoyable watch. Egging on that interest level. :laughtwo:
Yup. Thought so. The ability to identify your flower by terpene profile and Bud structure with accuracy almost sounds far too fetched. But the logic is there. Not the only thing I found interesting.

Okay I gotta split, night Sue. :hugs:
Got a huge day tomorrow. We're going to fertility doctors. Fingers crossed.

I know it's been a while since we talked about it but I got the audio version of the book last night. I'm going to give it a shot in n hour or so. For some reason I couldn't focus on the text version. Multiple attempts. I even tried to take notes but that was just weird.

So I gave up for a bit.

Again have a great night.
:hugs:

I have the A-Z committed to memory Jacob. :cheesygrinsmiley: I have more spare time than you. I read it out loud to myself for about three weeks, and would recite the cheat sheet and extrapolate on each trait while I walked along the river, as though I were explaining it to someone. Had a couple pictures of the lists from the book cover in my phone. I only paid attention to the first half of the book. I read through the theories and moved on.

Remember the forest I told you about? It's marvelous Jacob. :hugs:

Things always work out for you. Have a wonderful time with the doctors. "Miracles" happen all the time. Expect your own. :battingeyelashes:

The seeds are planted. I hope the audio book helps. .

Sue, you are such a sweetheart.

The lights arrived today. I already have one hanging over the tomato plants to get a feel for it. I'll be ordering a few replacement leds soon.

I can already tell that they are going to be a big help.

Thank you so much. :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

I'm so pleased they delivered them so quickly. Have fun with them. It was my pleasure to pass them along.

:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

I see Carnival everywhere these days. You have been a great endorser and advocate of the strain. :)

Congrats on your new Carnival !

Why thank you Rad. :hugs:  You should try one. This strain is seriously some of the best smelling I've come across, and the high experience is clear and.......confident springs to mind. I feel a little invincible when I'm indulging with Carnival, and I understand that this feeling is associated with alignment to the power that fuels the universe. This feeling is unique to Carnival, but I did get a taste of it with Tikal........ :hmmmm: I bet it's something they share in the terpene profiles......

Somewhere along the line we need to get some tested. I haven't been able to find a single test result for Carnival.

Now they're playing with Devil's Carnival, a cross of my two favorite strains, and the hope is to stabilize the genetics with the black buds being the dominant expression. Think of it, a 420 Magazine exclusive strain that came to be because I'm overboard enthusiastic about what I enjoy.

I love being me. :cheesygrinsmiley: :slide:

I finally moved the water distiller to the bedroom. I can run it in here all day and not hear the relentless drone of the fan in my ear as I work.

The space is mine again. :yahoo:

I still share it with the toaster and coffee grinder, but I've just about eliminated any semblance of food prep areas from my kitchen. :laughtwo: The life of the obsessed cannabis warrior. Oh! Haven't had a brownie yet. Haven't showered yet either. Lol! Time to step back and restart the day. That cannabutter in the porridge was more potent than I give it credit for.

Anyone know if cannabutter cures to greater potency?

You guys are a serious distraction. :laughtwo: I've been reading and posting almost non-stop for a bit, turned around to see the French Press full of brewing coffee gone cold. :thedoubletake:

Shower first, coffee second, mmmmmm..... tasty, even cold. Gardening's already done, .......... The day unfolds.

Good morning everyone.

I encourage you to engage the universe in joyful play on this new day. I turned to look outside and noticed it's gone overcast, with swift movement. Might be a good day for a brisk walk. :cheesygrinsmiley: That one lit the cells up. We have a winner! Lol! I'm getting the hang of the unstructured, inspired life. It's nice knowing I can't get it wrong. Takes all the pressure off. :laughtwo:

So...... any plans for joyful expression in your day? Not to worry if you don't. Joy is pretty spontaneous, and I'm certain you'll find surprising ways to share your particular flavor of joy in the corner of paradise lucky enough to have you in it. Get out there and show them how it's done by example. :kisstwo:

:Namaste:

Morning sweetie :hugs:  :hugs:

Another wet and windy day here today. It sure can rain in paradise.

:hugs:  :hugs:

Does the resort offer gathering places protected from the rain? I laughed when I wrote that, having strolled the beach in a downpour and shared a meal or two on the veranda with whipping raindrops. I can still feel the atmosphere, smell the many tones of the island, hear the music in the background, all lost in my memory to the gentle and relentless "whooshhhhh" of wave after wave gently breaking at my feet.

Ahhhh........ I think I'll have to visit more beaches during the last stage of my life. Those waters are hard to beat. Temps just right for playing and a color palette to die for. Yep, I'll have to go back, and next time for two weeks. :cheesygrinsmiley:

....... Mr A....... Almost forgot
