The girls are looking good today. Happy and proud. Most of the pistols on the bids of Steph and Dawnie have Turned orange. Tomorrow I will start examining the trichs for color, as well as do a check for the dreaded Borg. Then Monday it's molasses time and depending on my findings, another round of Ultimate Wash or if the findings aren't good, alcohol and lemon juice water mixture. Let's hope for another round of the wash!
Aurora has fully opened her last set of leaves revealing the beginning of some hopefully big beautiful buds. Auurora is super bushy compared to her sisters, but I fell like she'll have he better buds. Don tell them I said that though. Luckily at this point they only read Pig-Latin, so I think we're safe

Chemdawg... I am jealous. Only just tried that strain for the first time a few days ago, and I seriously think it is my new #1 fave (and I didn't think any strain would beat my beloved Jack the Ripper!). I will have to make sure and save some so I can have a bowl while reading your smoke report! ;-) <green eyes>

The Chem dog didn't make it. It was one of the clones that brought with it the Borg. I had to get rid of them. Totally bummed as it is a wonderful strain. It may come available to me again. The dude who gave me that clones and Borg, will eventually get more clones. If his plants are Chem dog I know I can get some more. We're both in Oregon I could probably gift a clone or two. Verified Borg free, of course. I'll PM you when and if

Alright Folks!
Time for pictures of my girls!
All are looking great. I spent about 2 hours between the 3 girls checking for the dreaded Borg, and see absolutely zero signs of any of the little bastards! I even checked the dirt and see nothing! We aren't out of the woods yet. And I will always bee n the lookout now. But I'm confident that these girls are safe!
Aurora is bushy as all get out. She's kind of hard to photograph right now because she is all bush. Her little buds have just started! She's very squat as well. She doesn't have a strong smell yet.
Dawnie has 5-10 amber trichs! She'll be coming down sooner than I know it!I really like her bud structure, I wish they would get a little bigger under this T5, but honestly I am very happy to be getting anything at all A very fruity smell
Steph does not have any amber as of yet. Hoping for a little more stretch out of her before she's done. Pretty nice little buds. Excited for her. She smells of pine and skunk
Tomorrow I will water the girls and give them some more molasses! Aurora will get her first taste of the sugar this week and one way or the other it will be Dawnies last taste of the sugar . I'd like her to get a little more energy to those buds.
I will keep looking for bugs, but unless I find something, I think I will hold off on the Ultimate Wash and the following shower. I just want the girls to relax and have a nice final however long they have
Oh yeah I almost forgot!

Thanks Canna! I'm very excited about the new genetics! Planning my second grow. I really enjoy the planning stage. the researching, the pricing, the ordering, impatiently waiting for packages to arrive, and finally setup! Cant wait. The next grow is gonna be a kick. Goin' hydro!

I Don't think I'll add any cfls to this grow, I'm getting ready to purchase the implements needed for my next grow... SweeetLeef Goes Hydro! ....Uh, not sure about the title yet, still work shopping that. I am really excited to do go hydro. Gonna give The Capn Style a whirl Also, I will attempt to wrangle up an HID before my Capn plant switches to flower.

Hey sweetleaf looking good, I love fruity smelling buds!
When u get an HID look into a hortilux or ushio bulb. I've just upgraded and I did my homework. These bulbs look pretty legit. I like amazon for this kinda stuff.
I am gonna run 2 600's with ushio HPS bulbs, I'm pumped. Apollo ballasts are surprisingly cheap and work well. (I've used one for a year and a half now no problems). Check it out.
