Sweet Yet Haunted Seedsman's Purple Ghost Candy Comparative

Is that what that is? Dynmo in the center? Im getting all excited :D I forgot to put some LOS on the bottoms of mine this time :D But I learn daily!
Everybody has a different twist J. No wrong way in my book. That seed would grow without either of them, just without what I consider an advantage. My previous grows have showed me that using a good myco product like Dynomyco is worth it. The earlier starting the better.
EEEK!
:passitleft:Hehe, next one should be a tickly one! Virtual feathers a thing yet?
Oh man, I bet it'll taste so good when it's melted into a cartridge or dabs .. " oooohmyygaawdd"
Forward thinking! I like that!
Nice tail, and I love your DLI coach/tent mascot!
I need something Shed! David came my way as a Xmas gift from my daughter and her man. I think they're/he's beginning a bit of a steampunk decorating theme. David will remind me to use DLI this run. Let's hope anyway! He says he has a laser and he's an f stop away from using it for non compliance :nervous-guy:
I was thinking of @Grand Daddy Black he got some cool things going on under his tent 💎
He sure does!
Highya SO,

Cute mascot! A great reminder, though. Kinda looks like those robot kits with the IR sensor on top When I saw that, I remembered you are an electrician. Fits well! Good luck on the challenge with a great sounding strain! Happy Smokin'
I'm happily and slightly hesitantly looking forward to David and his teachings Bode!
Funny, I'm not a kitch or a toy kind of person really. The kids hit a homer with this one knowing my connection with light in the grow. That and my love of weird things in general. They see things I don't and I'm glad!
Congrat, Stone!

Nothing like some new tail! :Rasta:
I almost remember! :p
I'm getting pysched up for my delivery. @SeedsMan seeds have always been awesome growers.
Mine only needed 24 hours in paper towels to make tails if you choose a method like that! That's awesome!
you smoked a couple pounds in 4 months?! ok Cheech... :lot-o-toke::lot-o-toke::lot-o-toke::ganjamon::snowboating:
We worked at it Schnookie! Pressed a bunch. I give to family and a couple friends too.
Critical nursery time SO, you are treating them right. Cheers
Hey cr8! My nervy time for sure! I'll check in twice a day to make sure they're damp and warm.

Have your plants come up yet? I put mine straight in, 24 hours after you, and already have two above ground. I’m trying to gauge if there is any difference in sprouting time between germinating then planting, or just planting

It took the first plant 56 hours from planting to come above ground.

Slow to get here....but here nontheless.

Nope, as of yesterday when you wrote this. it's way early to check today.

Awesome to see you! Hey I see Germany went legal! Good for them!!

Ok. So you got tails after 36 hours. Are you using standard size solo/plastic cups? Are you measuring soil temperature or just setting the heat mat at a temp?

Hi everyone. We had a damping off and I’ve started anew! My conditions are different now so it should be smooth sailing.
Big news! Had to put the computer in the shop for work. It’ll be Thursday before I can see it again! I’ll be lost on my phone til then. Patience is a virtue they say. Hmm ok. Let’s see how it goes. I’ll be light til then. Miss you already!

Cell phone, 420 Magazine, your sumo fingers -- not a good match! 😁

Damping off? How? We need to tighten up your germination game sir. Do you put a fan (oscillating) on your seedlings as soon as they’re up? Everyone should be doing this if they aren’t. Aside from the benefits of keeping mold and fungal infections down there’s also a massive benefit to the entire process.

Mechanical stresses on the main stem create a more robust root system and a stronger stem while helping move air across the soil and plant which also allows for faster transpiration. This also helps to keep plants from stretching too much in flower and helps alleviate micro climates.

Is this something you deal with often or is this rare? At what point did it damp off?

Highya SO,

We'll have patience for when you return. Knowing that you'll be back is a great plus! Hope you have a great week, even without the computer!! Happy Smokin'

And worm castings which help battle the fungus that is damping off.

I have 4 of 5 good so who knows. Yes to the fan. It happened almost immediately I think. I never saw the top. When I dug I found the bottom stem.

Good Day sir, How are we? I have had a rough couple of mornings getting started, my friend. ek lol. Its been a beautiful last few days here. Patience is everything you right, You got this, you know this :D

Has this happened before?

So you’re saying the seed opened and sent a tap root but never came above ground?

The phone and my fingers is an in wNted pita. Unwanted pita. GDB is correct. Only a couple more days!
Operator: This is 911. How may I help you.

Stone: 911!? I was trying to order pizza!

Somewhat related.. I was walking the dog the other night and it was super windy. I had my AirPods in and was trying to voice text my wife. “Hey Siri send Baby a text” she responds with “Okay, Calling Mom” and begins calling my Mother In Law at 8 pm, I was horrified and hung up as fast as I could 🤣

You’ll be pleased to know I also have 4/5. It wasn’t a damping off situation though. The seed seems immature or incomplete. It popped out a tail but that was all it had. I replanted the tail and nothing happened. So I split the seed open to see if I could tell what went on and it had no cotys nor a head of any kind. The embryo likely did not develop correctly. Perhaps this is what happened to you.

I’ll post pictures in my thread when I get back to them
