Sweet Leaf's First Grow: WW Auto

Correct. Continue to water they way I taught you and the plants will pay you in kind at the end. The watering technique changes when you get into full flower and I'll make sure you have it figured out by the time that happens :)

She may get a bit perkier for a bit first. A sign she's got the right amount of moisture, the right amount of light, and the right amount of love from her boss ;)
Ok wonderful!!! I will continue watering the way you explained and refer to your post as a reference. Oh dam a different watering technique in flower, that sounds like fun lol.

A little side shot update. The girl on the right looks like her leaves are drooping a little, what do you think @MrSauga. But the one of the left looks much more perky. Pots still seem heavy its day 3.

Nothing to be concerned of yet. Take another look tomorrow. If the droop is still there and looks more droopier then we can try and figure out what's going on. I think she's just getting used to the excess water and will be fine in a day or two.

It's not really a technique as much as it is just watering more frequently. In flower you don't want the plants to dry out that much. So if you were watering 2 qts every three days you may run 1 qt every two days. You want to keep a steady supply of food to the plant and if you dry her out too much they tend to get limp and floppy.

Ok cool. Ya that makes the most sense. Man the girl on the left began not so hot as far as looks go but now shes the one thriving and with her wide jagged fan leaves. Its hard to play favorites at this point but im leaning to the left right now lol.

They may be. Great job being observant about that. Usually with 2 I can keep them on the same schedule but not always.

I think if you let them get a good dry cycle they will be synced up again.

Actually as the day goes on i notice the girl on the left is starting to droop now. But its totally a different droop compared to the girl on the right. So i got a getting thirsty girl and a full girl im thinking?

So today has been 3 days since their last watering. One plant looks great and perky the other is low and droopy(excess water possibly). When do they get watered again? And will they be on different watering schedules now?
Most likely they'll be on the same schedule and probably the same feed amount.

What type of light do you have on them and at what height above the canopy? Are the plants getting ready for bed or have the lights come on just recently?

I don't go just by leaf droop or pot weight I go by both and as Sauga said how long has the light been on when you take the pics, How much light and how far away. Check your pots when you fill them. They should feel close to that before you water again. Fill an empty pot like the one you have them in to gage how light they should be. Just my 2cents

Im running a 135w qb 135W QB V1 LED Kit
At about 23 inches from the soil
So the lights go out at Midnight and on at 4am. So they been on for a good 4 hrs by the time i take pics

OK and the plants are 6" roughly so that's about 17" from the canopy. What is the recommended distance from the top of the plant(canopy)? I would almost think they are too low but I don't know much about that light.

Plenty of time for them to be and stay perky. They tend to droop before lights off.
As for the water schedule, as PC mentioned, there is no time schedule. It could be two, three or four days. It's all dependant on how light the pots felt before you watered as that's how you want it to feel like when it's time.

I believe the manufacturer recommendeds 18” no sure if thats from canopy or not. Ok great well i will update in the morning sometime im sure i will be watering something lol

Alright, day 4 of the drought lol still looking pretty good i think. Girl on the right still has a little curl at the end of her tips but i think it may have slightly improved since yesterday.

In the meantime while waiting for rain, i took the ladies out for some closer inspection. Alot going on underneath those big ol fan leaves. What do i do about those covering up potential bud sites? Literally directly under the fan leave, can i snip it?
