Sunni - a Pheno? Clone

IDK Tmac but it does'nt look like they got pollinated. You might have got the males flowers before they could open and release enough pollen.
I cant remember but are there clones of the hermies that you'll be flowering to try the Reverse at the beginning of bloom?

Hey ya - great question. It'd be interesting to see if they would avoid hermaphroditism (sheesh whatta word) by using the reverse as a preventative so to speak.

Looking good Tmac! Hubby should have some nice smoke. I can imagine that the ball-pickin' is getting a little old. Even for a sick, twisted chick like yourself... :)

:rofl::rofl:In my sick, twisted mind at least I kept excited about doing it. Now it is a real bore!! Just lost all the enjoyment....:cough:

I know a lot of the male flowers opened before I got to them....it is just a matter of time.:lot-o-toke: I hope to get some seed and try to get a female going.

I never got the clones to really root, got tiny bumps...:scratchinghead: then in a last ditch attempt I planted one and thought it would make it but none of them did.

It sure does!

Great pics Tmac and great dedication all grow, in a sick and twisted way :)

 Thanks Blue, glad you could keep me company thru it! :high-five:

Hubby had a stress test yesterday, been having trouble with his shoulder for quite awhile, but lately got out of breath walking up hill. They say he has a clot and needs a stent. So in the morning we are going to the cardioligist to see what is going on in a little more detail. It is 2 hours away, and I dont know if they will keep him or we will have to go back another day..... Anyone have any experience with this? They put him on a pill that knocked him silly. Doesnt want to take it....

Plant pics, harvesting and COOKIES!:high-five:

Good thing the hubby got the test. Stents usually are scheduled surgery. They won't just put one in at a cardiologist visit. I usually try to avoid all pills from Docs but the pills they give when the think somebody has a clot are generally the kind he should just suck it up and be knocked silly. :goodluck:

I second what BlueDog just said!

Thanks TT & Blue, I hope it is as easy as someone told me it would be. They have made huge strides in cardiac medicine. I tried to get him to take the pill, but he went round and round about it and then I said well just wait and talk to the dr. tomorrow. His dad had a triple bypass in 1977, has since passed. I think his dad had heretary hemochromotosis. Hubby has 1 gene. If you get 2 genes you are in trouble! My nephew has the double gene.

Yeah, my dad has hemochromotosis and had to end up having his blood drawn at an ungodly rate. What happens if you have the double gene? I know I got checked 10 years ago and they said I did not have it, but we never did a genetic test to rule it out.

Just curious.

gods, I'm always so late to these. My best wishes and thoughts of healing and peace to your husband and you, Tmac.

Please pass well wishes to your hubby, TMac. I agree with OMM - I hate taking pills too (hate it!!). But... this is something not to mess with. I hope everything works out wonderfully. They have come a long way with this stuff, and it's usually pretty safe and trouble free now I think. Sending well wishes your way... X

Hey Pop. My Nephew has his blood draw all the time to.... on top of the HH he also has some poly vera disease, that also thickens the blood, so was already having it drawn for that.

The way I understand it both parents have to have one gene for you to have 2 genes. So that means my sister had the gene and my bil had the gene for Kev to get 2 genes. So that means my dad or mom had the gene. My hubby has 1 gene also. HH is iron overload. Your body normally gets rid of iron you dont use daily. With HH it stores extra iron in your organs. Also you produce to many blood cells and the blood thickens.

It stems from the northern european area, way way back in the old viking days people developed ways to live up north, they did not get a lot of iron in there diet so changes in the body occur so they could acclimate to there climate. If you can trace your relatives back, if they come from that area there is a good chance you will encounter a gene. As life changed and people moved around, down to the great britain area and beyong, it is not real common, coz you need 2 genes to get it.
I do genealogy so have traced alot of the family to Scotland and Ireland.

Hi Young Lady ! :grinjoint:

Best wishes for Hubby. We men have a thing about being macho, tell him to stop that and do as he is told. Not something to take lightly! :smokin2:

Thanks OMM, he broke down and took the pill last nite, just did not tell me, I dont need no macho stuff to deal with! :thedoubletake: He might get the Tmac-attack!! :) :high-five:

Thanks Zombo for the positive vibes. We just got back from the DR. He goes in Wednesday for the procedure, they will run the dye in and find the spot and put in the stent. We may go the nite before and get a place to stay, he has to be there at 7am and we are just over 2 hours away.....

Good luck to you and your hubby Tmac! I hope everything works out for the both of you! And tell hubby to take the damn pills! :grinjoint:

Thanks for the good wishes Smokey. He broke down and took the pill last nite. I asked how he felt this morning and he said fine. He drove so apparently it takes a day or so for the body to get used to the drug. I have seen that with some meds I take, darn near tripped for 2 days on one med. Actually quite reminisent of earlier days. Trails etc...... :grinjoint:

Hey Girl,
Glad to see you out and about!! Sorry to hear you have a blood disorder to. My nephew has the thickening blood problems. HH and poly vera something. Has to have lots of monitoring and blood taken every month. But at least they can treat it. He was in the Navy for 4 years and wanted to try out for the seals, then not long after he was sent home, and I found out about his condition. Apparently his symptoms starting showing there ugly head.

Hubby is ready to get the stent, just got upset when he was so dizzy from that pill. He hates feeling that way and thought they may have made a mistake in the meds. Sometimes it just takes a day to get your body used to it. I know Wednesday nite I had a little anxiety thing... my heart was racing for a few minutes just thinking about it all. My antidepressants usually keep that in check but I guess it cant stop it all the time.

Cant wait to see some of the stuff you have done... can you post pictures? Glad you are feeling good enough to do some of your crafts.

I think I am gonna take a little nap. Been a long day already!! {{BIG HUGGS}}

Thanks xlr for the good wishes, I will pass them along. He has realized that he has to take them now. This kind of stuff is very common now. Easy to do now, they have come a long way since his dad had the triple bypass. I am sure all will go smoothly. They seem to have there ducks in a row at this place, and let me tell you how busy they were. They have a huge amount of doctors. But the nurses had it running very well!! It is central in the state so people are sent there from all over.
