Yeah I am not much of a smoker these days my self.A toke every now and then to test my results or sometimes a nice mellow buzz of the right strain to pute me in the zone while out enjoying recreation...Usually takes me a few coronas before hitting the beach thow lol...My favorite part is growing these purdy plants and the yummy smell....LOL some times it just smells so good and I get tempted with the dank it de dank and regret it after words when I cant move......... and not being able to drive when I start craving taco bell can be a bummer.:)

In 1972 I saw his show in Miami. Honky Chateau had just come out. Best show I have ever seen.

I never had the pleasure of seeing Elton live...my loss. Even though you didn't ask for it, here's my list of greatest shows I have ever seen!

Most Incredible "SHOW", nay extravaganza!!! - Pink Floyd - The Wall - Nassau Coliseum - 1980
Most Relaxed/Enjoyable show - Grateful Dead - Radio City - 1980
Best Musical Chops - Tie between Miles Davis Tribute, Radio City and Pat Metheny, The Chance, Poughkeepsie, NY
1st show ever saw - Yes - Madison Square garden - '77
Guiltiest Pleasures - Kiss shows at the Garden - what can I say I was kid once!

Way back then you could twist one up and pass it along - everyone would part take and enjoy. Dead shows at the Garden were so smoke filled that it would coalesce into this massive gray pot cloud that hovered over the audience. Ahhh, those were the days...cough, cough, wheeeez! :tokin::party::yahoo::lot-o-toke:

:peace:

Saw Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Outlaws in 76 at the orpheum in boston that was another fantastic show. All the guitarist from both bands came out and played A T for Texas! It really rocked the house. Best Skynyrd show out of the many I saw.

Skynard was the best band of all times in my eyes. They didn't have any bad songs period as far as I'm concerned. GL with that reverse. Seems thats a stressed hermie? If it is they say you can use the pollen with some plant to get fem seeds. I woodn't have it near my girls. Rouge pollen is the pitts. All it takes is one ball open and your whole crops gone. Well not that it won't produce but seeds suck. Unless thats what you want. I just threw away one I had in full flower cus it hermied. Best luck with all ya got going. You might want to invest in a hid tho. I have grown afew crops with t-12's you gotta keepem short and almost touching as you must allready know. They work great as a veg lite. Well I
'll look back and see if it worked. Be nice to know. I might have been able to save mine. Keepem Green

Did I forget to mention it is snowing here??? And I have already scrapped the satilite dish off 3 times... so right now no TV...

Yesterday was deballing day :). Heard hubby talking on the phone, told his buddy he doesnt go upstairs while I am doing..... It must be a guy thing! 2 plants had like 8 balls, the other 2 had 1 ball..Buds are very sticky, nice and tight. Hubby said probably full of seeds. Dont think so yet...... but :wood:

Hey Wood, they came to boston alot back then, always a great show. I was pleasantly surprised to find that show on youtube.

As far as the plants go.... all 4 hermied. Had nothing to back up with so thought I would give it a shot. :wood::wood: I know I will get some seeds, and hopefully it will still be good enough for hubby to still smoke, that is why we do it, only for him.

Using tubes and cfls this time. Last time did all cfls. Closet is a problem for heat. And also the investment in more lites. Our highest electric bill was in Dec $127, Jan $95. We have cheap electric here.

Nice recording - was that your bootleg or something else? I love hearing raw recordings of old shows - like being in some old whiskey bar small enough that the drums don't have to be mic'd.

:Hookah:

No found it on youtube a few months ago. So it was nice hearing it again. But it did not sound as good as being there :tokin: (I did not have up loud) But I sure would love to have recordings of all the shows I have seen....what a trip that would be!!

Anyone have trouble tonight.... one of my posts disappeared and no smilies a few times and very slow to load....hmmmm

Turtle I love growing it too! I just cant function after I smoke. I drink my wine (from my own grapes) and that is about it. Thanks for stopping by.

I've seen this man 7 times live. Love his and Bernie's music. Ya might say! What a team they were! :blunt:

OMM Cant get much better!! The music and words!

They were magic. I read that at least at the start they didn't really even collaborate, Bernie would just send him the lyrics and he'd create the music. I think they mostly worked that way. But the music fits the lyrics so incredibly perfectly.... it's inexplicable except magic. Tmac you posted Someone Saved My Life Tonight on Bandit's thread, one of my all time favs.

So's this one

SS I would have loved to see Pink Floyd... bet it was a great show!

I saw Pick Floyd in the late sixties at the Avalon Ballroom is SF, way before they were famous. Everyone sit on the floor or danced by themselves or in groups.
Didn't have to bring weed it was every where. There were flashes of how they would someday be. Light show on the wall and flood. Loved it!
