Stunted grow, green veins, burned tips: diagnose please?

Everything moves slower in soil and for a new grower that’s actually to your benefit. I tried hydro to start with and yes it grows a tic faster but you can also hit the wall much harder. Yes it’s frustrating because you can tell by the color that’s she’s not 100%, but be patient, Ms. Emilya has your back...
Thanks for your message @013 ! I am still holding! Hope my next info about them will be positive!

One thing I noticed, you’ve got clear cups with a darker sleeve cup over them which is good to protect the roots from light. The more air that moves thru the quicker the soil will dry out. Do your sleeve cups have plenty of air holes? Where are the air holes? With homemade cups and holes in the bottom you still don’t get air moving thru the cups, can you elevate them safely? Like on a piece of rabbit fence or chicken wire fence, an oven or grill grate... place the grate on wood blocks or cans of soup... anything to get more air under them, position a fan to blow under the cups.

A while back I had some slow growing seedlings so I changed my process and cut bigger holes in the sides of the cup near the bottom. Most cheap nursery pots like shrubs or flower pots have holes in the sides not the very bottom... see pic

Hey @013 I have to say you have a really good eye! I got only one plant in transparent cup covered with another cup as you mentioned. They are orchid plant cups so they are aerated very well. But... they are not drying as fast as they could because of outer covering... I rather transplanted most of my plants to fabrics.

Looks like you need life support...1st those seedlings are in a very large container considering the root size. 2nd life support information...take an aerator with multiple ports... then make 2 holes with a bamboo stick size thickness...then put 2 clear plastic hoses in the holes being careful not to clog them. Next make sure you get that humidity down to max 50%. Then get on your knees and pray to whatever God you pray to for a speedy recovery. Note: add air in moderation...don't blast them... once they are starting to recover( the pots should be almost feather light) then start watering a 1/4 cup at a time...water should drain quickly...water gently careful not to flood them... a little at a time should keep things in check...
