Stocking Up For The Apocalypse: Goody's Perpetual Grow By The Beach 2020

Been a heat and humidity wave here, but the garage keeps it a decent temp. She seems to be enjoying her current conditions.

Oh wow Juzzy Geeburger! How interesting... and when I say interesting I mean boring, like so boring I literally had an unintentional nana nap due to the disinterest it caused my eyeballs.

Yeah unfortunately it’s not ALL chopping down massive buds and smashing personal records
There are a few elements leading up to that moment…most of which are not very exciting, you’re right.
If you think that’s boring I should document slow and low drying sometime lol

Day 36

She's built a solid foundation for greatness. Now the stretch and time for another top dress of nutes.
Still have only fed this one GF Bloom, and nothing else.
So far it’s had none of the problems that the previous plant had with deficiencies or random dying leaves.
This one just wants to grow.
I think you mentioned earlier in this journal. Are you using GF bloom only for an auto?

Yes I am. It’s kind of an experiment after not really getting what I wanted from the first grow.
Autos work fast and to try and time the GF with their unpredictable flower date is laughable most days.
The bloom and veg aren’t that different, as we’ve seen in @Carcass journal where he is done flowering a huge auto that only ever had GF VEG.
Besides his journal, my other inspiration is this Purple Lemonade auto that I’ve grown so far with 0 nutes. Just hose water and sunshine.

If this girl can grow on literally nothing, I figured my indoor auto could as well.
So I cut the veg out completely. And lowered the dose of bloom significantly.

The results work for me. No deficiency, no burning, no stunted growth, no questions about its health. Just this

I have 1 auto in flower 2 more almost there. I think I'll go with bloom the rest of the way

No comment. I just posted the same thing. :lot-o-toke:

The ferry in the back sure sets up this photo. Nice.

We’re expecting triple digit weather down here in PDX I hope you stay cooler up there on the water. I’m sure I’ll be wishing for that the next few days.

It will be 81 today which is about as hot as I like it, but it’s climbing (as you know)
Seattle will hit 100 by Sunday which is VERY unusual.
We just got ductless heat and A/C so I’m set!
Really liking what all this sun is doing for the outdoor autos. It’s my first year with a decent auto selection and this is the weather they’ve been waiting for their whole lives ;)

Stay cool, my friend!

A lot more action underneath the canopy of this auto than on the previous (photo) plant.

This auto GSC genetic from @Weed Seeds Express is very hard to beat.
Strong (100%) sprout rate, very strong growers (proven under multiple lights) and stick-to-the-wall trichome production. The taste sits pretty firmly on the OG Kush side with every one I’ve grown so far.
A+ if I were giving out grades for auto genetics.
Can’t wait to see what their Bruce Banner auto does, I’m working on one right now in another journal. Looks like a banger so far.

Your post reminded me that I should post mine ;)
You two sound like you’d be wild fun!

I can just see it now, party absolutely pumping:-

Literally one:

Juzzy Gee and his side kick Blaze: Oiii everybody! Stop what you are doing and gather around, we got some mad humidity graphs that will blow your fucking minds! Strap in! LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!

And Oiii JG approx what age do you flip a plant not an auto just a plant plant, and what do you base that on.

And how do you keep your plants arms so straight?
Oii Trala- I usually flip them between 30-50 days, depending on how much I think they will stretch.
So basically when it’s about half (or less) as tall as you want it to be when finished. But lots of factors there like training and nutes.

As far as keeping them straight, it’s all genetic. And by that I mean @Carcass showed me :p

The two areas I need the most improvement on is working out when to flip and when to harvest. Since trimming them back my plants have showed real growth. I just don’t know. I’ll see what the old boy grow guru reckons.

He showed me the way on both of those ;)

She's a beauty and climbing.
More stacking going on every day, she should end up with a pretty wild stretch by the end.
Happy Weekend, folks.
Stay cool if you can, it’s a heat wave here like we haven’t seen in many years.
