Stocking Up For The Apocalypse: Goody's Perpetual Grow By The Beach 2020

After this last round of cuts- I have 3 finishing outside, 4 inside. Once I’m back from my trip next week, I’ll be cutting all but 2 inside (Dr S and that PL baby) and then I have to decide what goes in next. I’ve been expanding the seed bank so now I have lots of auto options.
I spend a bit of time mixing nutes but with tap water and MC it’s easy, I have it dialed in and it’s pretty fast.
The Purple Lemonade is great because I’m not even giving it food (breeder says no need) and seeing how it goes.
No need to feed the weed. Now there's a plant I want...lol. Did I read that right?

Well after re-reading, it says it does fine with or without. I think I got it in my head that it needs none because I overfed the last one. I am going to let it grow for several weeks though before introducing the MC at all.

Aloha my friend! Beautiful harvests and the gummy recipe is awesome! Mahalos for sharing that. I will certainly have to try it out just like the slow and low method for drying. Safe travels my friend and I hope you have a blessed time with family! @13goody13 @carcass

Thanks Sunny! Hate having to leave them all at home at the mercy of someone else to water, but I needed a little vacation.
I made it down here just fine and having a great time. @carcass plants are huge and stinky, and the care package was fat as always!
The smoky air here is like 1/4 of what it is up north somehow, so that’s a nice break too.
Thanks for stopping by and saying hello, always appreciated! Hope things are well in your spot, enjoy the weekend!

To a point there is no need to add but there must be a good supply already there to start with plants do not grow without nutrients.
Yeah I know. I find it odd a breeder would even add a statement like that to a seed listing. A new grower could get it in there head they don't need to feed at all. A recipe for low yields and nutrient deficiencies.

I figured I’d give it a try, I love science and the last plant only got about a foot tall.
I plan on giving it 1,2,3 of MegaCrop instead of 4,5,6.
And I don’t care what it says, I’m not flushing.

You tell me what you think.:circle-of-love::high-five:
Looking good. Hope that little white devil went away an isn’t hiding out somewhere.

Just got home and wanted to see how the little one has done without any nutes at all so far.
She looks healthy and not a bad size for just 16 days old.

And looking at her closer up- much like the one before her, she’s already in preflower at 16 days. I haven’t even topped her yet lol

Well it’s good to be back- and nothing is dead so all is well and moving forward.
Harvesting the turtle boat plant and GelatOG clone #2 this week, as well as the remainder of the outside crew. Hope everyone has a good week!

As you can see, I didn’t need to let the Dr S. veg any more than it did.
It’s already taking over the 2x3 with nothing to stand in it’s way. It might even turn out bigger than its Mother.
It’s getting a lower, more normal dose of MC, which it seems to enjoy.

The semi-dwc LRx (Turtle boat plant) has been a lot of fun. Thanks again to @carcass for the donation of seeds for science.
This tough little thing had surprisingly few problems and is a great example of a plant that can adjust to any conditions.

This experiment also answered the age old question- Can a pot plant start in only fish poop and end properly with megacrop? The answer is yes...though it was more for fun than anything.

Not huge on weight but it was pretty and will be very interesting to taste I’m sure.
Glad everyone here got to watch her grow up.

If I had a nickel for every time I've asked that question..... :cheesygrinsmiley:
That little lady turned out real nice...:welldone:Honestly- she did a lot better than I thought she would!
