Stinky Snid's Nursery & Flower Shop - Welcome To My Perpetual Adventure

Been lurking Snid, still looks great. I'm running my tent in positive pressure. 3.3 x 3.3 is to small for my 2, girls. My low pressure air mover pushes more air then my 440 cfm exhaust fan, not much more but tent is inflated some. I was wondering what happens to plants grown in a pressured tent? It's hot so more air volume moves more heat.

Cheers

Finally I'm back to catch the best show on earth, grown in earth, smokes like earth. It was tough staying away because of the move, but what a big difference a couple of weeks makes. Cleopatra is b*tchin', Explosia I'm betting for MOTM and Crystal has caught my eye. Jawsephine looks like a Hawaiian delicacy I could wear around my neck. I am especially diggin' the different perspective pictures, because it helps to identify a plant from different angle. I feel like I'm officially home here. Thanks for staying in contact, it helped me tremendously.:circle-of-love::thanks:
Your plants are a vision of my future as you raise the standards and open the doors to home growing with style! Hope to catch up soon,
Hugs your:420:friend

Been meaning to drop over to say G'day.. Seinfeld reference got me today..

I would much rather have a positive pressure tent, but it was not working. My temps were my main concern and even with the big fan hooked up pumping in 400cfm of fresh air, my little 120cfm find couldn't draw out the hot air fast enough. So far the only problem I've had to deal with is the walls squeezing the plants. I was literally losing 6" on every side, but I made a retaining structure to keep the walls off the plants. Cheers mate

Jawsephine. Wow. Still setting the standard, snid! :cheertwo:
Also, thanks for the shot of the backbuilding cut; it gives me a better idea of when to do that.
She's a beauty eh. I hope the backbuilding works for Cleopatra I want huge buds of 33%thc. Lol who wouldn't right... From one newbie to another you got it in you Metalpoet, it's just trying it. You're just one step behind me, the future holds lots of big buds for you... We'll make sure of it.

Looking great Snid :bravo:
Thank you brother :Namaste:

Damn Snid! Another great showing! :bravo:
Thank you sister :Namaste:

Hey snid when you say day 42+27 is that 69 total days and 27 of those have been in flower or is it 47 total days and outta those 27 have been in flower?
It is first the days in veg. Plus the days since flip.
So they've been vegging for 43 days + 30 days since flip.

July 30th, Daily Update

Finally got my side project done, time to get back to the task at hand. It's been very busy this past week. I've put a good 20 Hours into this boat trailer and half a pint of sweat and a little blood since I pulled it out of the field. Welds were all good, so I got to work getting the rust off. Now I can focus on my plants in their crucial bud development stage. It's hands on for the autos, time to shape my Colas. Let's take a look in the Tents...

Feedings ~
Jawsephine nute mix = Ph 5.8 @ 75°f w/ 1.9 EC or 1340ppm
>Bloom@8ml, calmag@1tsp, silicate@½tsp, budcandy/xfactor/sensizyme/nirvana/overdrive@4ml, molasses@1 tsp, all in 2 litres of water.

Bobby Sue nute mix = Ph 5.9 @ 74°f w/ 1.9 EC or 1320ppm
>G/M/B@6ml, calmag@1tsp, silicate@½tsp, budcandy/xfactor/sensizyme/overdrive@4ml, molasses@1tsp, all in 2 litres of water.

Notes ~
Jawsephine is losing some of her luster. Her upper leaves are fading to a lighter green, bwut those buds are like mini baseball bats. Madeleine is approaching her flush date, we're looking at 10%amber mids. Bobby Sue is not far behind, she's still got tons of white pistils popping out from every bud. Hailey and Bailey have in unison begun their rise vertically, I've got to keep everything level for as long as there's vertical growth. Crystal is pretty much in lock step with GWSs. Diesel Berry is small but progressing with her second leaf set. Stink Widow has a pest problem, I saw 2 larger bugs and a few tiny spider looking things. She wasn't in the tent, and had been isolated previously with the diesel Berry. I sprayed down the surface with insecticidal soap then raked it into the soil.

I see alls well over here girls are looking beautiful as always snid. I love your "notes" section

Just keeping it green my friend... Thank you. I'm starting to think the notes are repetitive, I've tried to not comment on the same aspects each time and change it up. Glad you're enjoying the read..

July 31st, Daily Update

Spent the whole day doing $@%& all. I've been working damn hard this past week and it's time for a break. I even forgot to feed the girls because of my extended nap. they'll get their feed first thing tomorrow, no big deal. No signs of more insects around the Stink Widow which is under cfls in my temporary veg. cabinet. Debby Diesel is now with the it here in the auto tent.

Side note on GWS #3 aka Kailey, it had only one female/male branch which has been removed. The rest of the plant is entirely male... Is it still a hermie or a male, I see no pistils just balls. Anyways let's get on with the update...

Stink Widow
Day 7
20160731_111957.jpg

Notes ~
Jawsephine is starting to bare her goods. I'm slowly picking of fan leafs as they either die or block a lower budsites or cola. Another week and she'll be show worthy.
Madeleine is an estimated two days from flush and 10 days from harvest. Buds are sticky, bubble bath smelling and thick. Bobby sue is much the same I'll call it at two weeks till harvest and 6 days till flush. Hailey and Bailey are doing great they've risen another 1/2 inch towards the light. Crystal may just be my most welcomed strain, I enjoyed the super lemony flavour and smell from my last attempt with Alani. I'm hoping for similar results from her.
Debby Diesel is adjusting to her new environment today after a pest scare in the temp. Veg. cabinet. The Stink Widow is not showing signs of infestation and the yellow strips have caught several buggers. Until it's confirmed she'll remain in isolation, much like Kailey who's sitting in a window sill.

Cleopatra is pungent as @#^&, it getting a little sweeter smelling but stinks like cannabis big time. Glad I've got the carbon filter installed now. The clones are just splendid looking little gals, they've got such similar structure and bud sites. It's like I'm looking at a clone... and Explosia is starting the budding process, it's too late now but I picked up some BUD IGNITOR on my monthly grow shop visit. I'll be testing it out as soon as I can. I'm eager to see results of early/quick changeover from veg to flower. I've got a good baseline to compare the future results with.

Thanks for your support, it's been a pleasure to be sharing my time with you all. Till next time...

Bobby Sue and Cleo are standouts in my opinion mate. I've been well over due for a catch up on your journal and I'm up to speed! Looking like a smooth operation as per usual :)
Glad you're all caught up, harvests are just around the corner. Stay tuned. Only a small hermie situation to deal with, I've since destroyed it. But it's been fairly smooth since the big food poisoning debacle. :thanks:

I believe Jawsephine has violated your building heights code and I may have to send in assistance to chop this beast down...I mean lady...lol. Outstanding work. Ahhh feels good to be back in the garden surrounded by your superheroes you grow. Safe n sound, growing green from the ground! 420 Hugs...to you and yours.:thanks:
Thanks my dear, if my garden uplifts your spirits in the slightest I've done well... I'm happy to have you here.
And yes Jawsephine is making it tough on me. Every other plant needs a pedestal to stay in tge lights optimum range. Hugs right back at you G2heal :hugs:

:bravo: as always Snid.
As always, aswell, thank you Dirt.

August 1st, Daily Update

Ahhh, an extra day to relax. Aren't long weekends grand... Had a chance to spend some quality time with the girls today. I had to make up for forgetting to feed them yesterday.

I don't remember if I mentioned the photoperiod tents current configuration. I've added a small ufo bloom light that shines up the one corner with my prized Tutankhamen (Cleopatra) I had said I added a carbon filter to my t-shape exhaust system. But here's the rest of tent that you never see. You may notice the fan blowing into the light, that's just where I place it while I work. It usually hangs facing down in front of the door.

20160801_105949.jpg

I'm not sure if it's required to abate the smell but it prevents light leaks from across the T' during lights off in the photo tent. Temperatures have been much better for a while now and the plants are more lively. But enough of the technical crap, let's see some pictures!

Notes ~
It seems Jawsephine is starting to get ready for harvest. She's lightening up her green hue, indicating that her previously toxic/excess amount of nitrogen has been used up. I'll be picking leaves as they decay from now until harvest. Madeleine has one more day before her pre harvest flush, we are looking at 10-15% amber mids and increasing daily. Bobby sue has no amber yet, but is getting ever closer to her harvest. Hailey and Bailey as well as Crystal are very stout and are now reaching for the sky. Debby Diesel is starting her 3td leaf set while the Stink Windows is there already and working on the 4th.
