July 3rd, Daily Update
There's been some light changes in both tents. I've determined that the Gs600 runs too hot, the 5 Watt LEDs burn my hand if I touch the glass. None of the others are even remotely close to being that hot.
Therefore it will need to be isolated and properly exhausted. So what I did was move the Gs600 into the photo tent alone to more than cover the footprint at 24", again this is temporary but until I hook up my big fan it's necessary.
So then in the auto tent we got the 864w bloom only "Mini Sun", a Mars II 400 and a Mars 48x5w reflector. All these together run with less heat than the Gs600 and the "Mini Sun" that were together previously...incredible.
The "Mini Sun" is covering Madeleine and Jawsephine with its core beams and is also hitting Bobby Sue. There's some overlap onto the GWSs too. Explosia, white Widow and the 2 biggest GWS are under the mars II 400 and Lucy is hogging the reflector to herself but sharing a little with GWS #3. Lol... That's the run down on the new light configuration, I'm sure it's to confusing to even read through. Anyways... let's get to the picture update.
Feedings -
Madeleine nute mix = Ph 6.0 @ 74°f w/ 1.8 EC or 1230ppm
>G/M/B@6ml, b52/bigbud/budcandy/xfactor@4ml, calmag@1tsp, silicate@½tsp, kelpmeal@1tsp, all in 2 litres of water.
Notes ~ Lucy will now finish under the mars reflector, she's changing to deficient colours and is ripening up for the harvest. Jawsephine is hopefully going to look like Chanel did, long and thick buds all the way up the stems. I've started defoliating some to allow pistils to reach upwards unfettered. Madeleine has go much smaller budsites then say Jawsephine, but still in her stretch we'll see where she ends up. Bobby Sue is tucked away in the corner of the tent, you can tell she's not a priority for me, poor girl. The great white Sharks are all on their 3rd node and will be topped by day 14 for sure. The white Widow so relaxing...
Feedings -
no feedings required
Notes ~ Renee is still a good week from flush, more and more pistils are popping out. I'm a little worried about nanners at this point. Cleopatra, Ella and Bella are not stretching much yet... Won't be long it sure. Explosia is definitely catching her second wind and has added a node since yesterday morning and secondary growth is flourishing.
KiG cheers
