Stinky Snid's Nursery & Flower Shop - Welcome To My Perpetual Adventure

Hey Snid, do you always have both switches on on your reflector? Gardens looking great as always.:thumb:
For the most part, yes. I figure why not use full spectrum and get the benefits from both red and blue light during veg. The only time I would use just veg. switch would be for seedlings. But I'm using t5s for my sprouts these days, to keep the nodes tight.

Absolutely gorgeous ladies! I'm digging the nutes line-up, one day I'll have something like that lol
I hope no one needs to spend what I did to grow good weed. These are just a brand that I've researched, is Canadian and is dedicated to getting the best results for cannabis plants and nothing else. I have great admiration for the founder and his way putting his money where his mouth is and is has been a big part of several freedom based Indy films and is a huge proponent of cannabis awareness. That's the main reason, also they grow some very nice buds. I'd start with g/m/B and b52. Then pick up another item every now and then till you got a stock. Thanks for your support Premed :Namaste:

Looks good! Nice Harvest! You seem to be harvesting like once a week, lucky dog, I wanted to try that but being new I just thought one grow at a time for now would be best.
Things are stacking up once again. But as it would be I'll be flushing Lucy tomorrow then it's a nine day countdown to harvest. :cheertwo: after this it will be a couple months before another batch. :thumb:

We are trying to get it so we harvest every 2 weeks. I think we'll get there eventually. Lol
Isn't that the dream, if only plants and finish times would cooperate with our plans. These girls do what they want...

Your nute shelf is starting to look like a grow shop. ;)
Pretty much got the whole kit n kabboodle, next item is bud ignitor... Only thing I've got no equivalent for. Hydroshop dude was like... First time here and your getting tarantula/piranha and nirvana, you aren't f@#&ing around son.. Haha I'm like yup.:high-five:if only he knew...

KiG Everyone :green_heart:Cheers

You get respect just based on buying the best ingredients for your garden, that is why this community is so inspiring. You are judged on your grow and not who you are. I love that secret inside joke laugh. But if they did judge you based on who you are, they would quickly find out who THE BOSS really is! And they may want to take notes from you...lol. You're human...but you're super human...lol.

June 28th, Daily Update

You know what's more exciting than coming home from work to see big beautiful flowers. Coming home and finding a sprout poking through the perlite and peat. It's such a great feeling, of hope and anticipation for what the future holds. My next auto run is now in sprout stage, 3 great white shark and a white Widow. Heat is still an issue, but temps are dropping locally so hopefully it helps. If not I may switch some lights around as a stop gap measure until Renee and the reconfiguration are completed. I Caught a white fly on my yellow strips today, sucker! These strips are great, stupid bugs. OK then, Let's take a look in the Tents...

Lucy is going to get flushed tomorrow. Madeleine is progressing just fine into flower stage. And Bobby Sue is starting a little growth spurt, come on baby!

Notes ~ Explosia got a fair trimming today so I could better see what I'm doing with her training. Cleopatra is totally ready for flower, should I put her in a 24 have dark period to help transition? Clones are pretty much ready for flip aswell, just waiting on Renee to finish and Explosia to grow a little more.

Yes sir! That's one update for the masses. Hope you enjoyed the show... See you next time.

KiG Everyone :green_heart:Cheers

Excellent update Snid. I love the organization. You sure do grow some beautiful plants brotha
Well 4x4grow, thank you for the amazing support. I do try and make it easier for me whenever possible. It's makes my daily chores in the lab less cluttered and me being like... Where the *@#% did I put that pencil, all the time. These flowers are for you my friend... Help yourself to some Tyrone Special
:passitleft:

We don't usually have the girls go 24h in the dark before flower, but I know you can. I'm not sure if it makes a difference either way.

Now to the important stuff. Congratulations on your baby. Your girls are lovely this morning. Have a great day snid!
Thanks for the input Canna, I'll just send into 12/12... We'll today! Inm8ght get a little more stretch but I'll use that train them better. My 4 sprouts are now underway, love the idea what is down the line a few months. Good day to you Canna, ma'am.

KiG :green_heart:Cheers

I know the feeling Snid. My room isn't as organized as yours but I know where everything is. When my lady comes in and starts trying to help me out by straightening up some things, that's when I'm running around frantic trying to find a lighter or my measuring shot glass. I think I like it just a little cluttered.

Cheers Snid

June 29th, Daily Update

OK so... I put the mars II 400 back into the 27" square tent. Renee us being stubborn and continues to put out new pistils. Ella, Bella and Cleopatra are now residing in there with Renee. This is a temporary reconfiguration but may end up staying. Cuz I can do more autos in the big tent, but I wanted to make some monster photos. We'll see. The other tent is getting toned down, I turned the bloom lights off again for the front portion of the tent and the bloom only "mini Sun" is covering the rear area where the flowering plants are. This should help with some of the heat. One more day until Ellabella and Chanel are dry enough to jar, stay tuned for the tally tomorrow. For now let's get to today's update...

Edit: I've determined that the main in bud ignitor is kelp, for potassium. My kelp meal is 0-0-4 npk... So I guess I do have a replacement for it after all.

Holy guacamole your girls are doing good. You could change your name to "the weed whisperer". Always looking good in the neighborhood. :thumb:
The weed whisperer sounds a little... pansy like. I like The Bud tamer it's a little more manly. Haha. Appreciate the support Nismo:thanks:

Time to roll out some stinky! It's smokathon time Snid!

The Great July 4th Smok-a-thon of 2016!
For something that important you need to red link that $#/+, and don't worry I'll be there. Making some Canada day bubble hash and sampling the large variety of cured buds I've got in the stash. Thanks for rallying the members to another great 420 smokathon! :high-five: see you there...

Adding another 4oz to the stash... Moooahahahahahah :)

I have turned off the Gs600 for now, doing so has brought temps down to acceptable levels. I'll take this into account during the reconfiguration. The 864w "mini Sun" is taking care of the entire auto tent for now. After next weekend I'll commence the process of changing things around. Let's go down into the lab and check things out...

Notes ~ the sprouts are doing great. #3 seems to need some nitrogen but the others are growing fast. Bobby Sue is doing a fair bit of stretching, still going to be a mini me but at least she'll be spread out some. Madeleine is quickly filling up her area vertically. Jawsephine has stopped her vertical growth now and is ready to commence the budding cycle. She's got a slight potassium deficiency forming. But that's probably because she dried out too much twice in a row. Hope the feeding yesterday takes care of it, I'll foliar spray some kelpmeal if it progresses. Lucy is on her countdown to harvest, once she dries she dies...

Notes ~ Renee is stubbornly dragging her feet to the finish, my best guess is another week before flush. Cleopatra is outgrowing her pot quickly, it's time to go vertical. The clones seem to be lightening up in their hues... I'll keep an eye on them.

See you next time... Get your rest because it's party day in Canada tomorrow. Be sure to come by the the smokathon

Notes ~ Lucy is about a week from going dark, she's got about 25%amber mids. Jawsephine was dry again lol... :MoreNutes: Full feeding again to cure her deficiency which is getting better and fading back to green. She also didn't wilt at the same weight as before... Getting tougher she is! Madeleine is doing just fine, no signs of problems yet. Bobby Sue is trying to be a big girl, but she's just a mini me... We'll see. The GWSs are doing great. #3 seems to be a different phenotype, it's leaves are leaner and she is skinnier in stature than the other two and Jawsephine.
