No feminised mother will give you regs anyway, cause you're passing both female and male chromosomes using male to pollinate. Technically it'll be ok. But what you get is a totally different story.
 
In my experience growing seeds from a feminized plant is safe. No greater incidence of herm. Did see heavy case of late flower nanners 1x on indoor Sensi Star grown from a single ginormous seed found on an outdoor fem. plant. Herm. is real but operator error has a lot more to do with it than most growers willing to admit...lol. Example....lots of growers start nuking their plants in transition/early flower...trying to help but actually bad.....high nutes/ppm during that phase brings out/induces herm. traits in some strains. :Namaste:
