Sticky's Almost Perpetual Grow

I've never used air pots. They do look like they would work great tho. I've used fabric ones. IMO fabric is only good for final pots. They are a real pain for transplanting
I here ya dank these airpots you take the three screws out and un roll it very easy ive got some little 3 gal ones im going to put the others in those for a few weeks then into a five they need some new soil!

Did you ever use fabric pots? If yes, I'd like to hear your thoughts about fabric pots v airpots. I have 4 APs, but I got 10 FPs, so I have the option to AP half my grow. Only kicker is the APs are 7 gal, and the FPs are 10 gal.
I failed to mention these are a knock off I got on the zon there called max yield I think they were 70.00 for 6 the real brand name airpots have even larger holes and cost twice or more there spendy!

I took a pic of the three sizes I have 3-5-7 gal I stood a box of cereal next to them you can see the threes are short a 1 gal up potted plant will jus fit height wise its just going to have a small amount of soil in the bottom plenty around the sides!
ok time to go to work!

Thanks for the inputs guys. It saddens me that fabric pots don't make good starter pots b/c I bought 10 of those too. I like that Fab pots are so cheap. These stinking Superroots pots are like $25 each. It's my guess that the airpots would work better with compacted soils, but my shit is 40% perlite, so I think the fab pots will be better for it. Also, there's 3 more gallons of dirt to work with which may translate into an extra half ounce of buds, lol.

In the pic is one SuperRoots air pot and 3 no name fab pots with my first batch.

you can up pot those its messy you just roll it down it works I wouldn't run out and buy more rite now I no money is tight use the fabric there good pots!

back to my up potting ill take a pic when im done!

I saw I think on DocBud's thread someone putting the pot onto a smaller object, then peeling the fab pot off like a condom. That's what I was planning on doing, but TBH, I'd like to track down clear pots in the 2 gal range, maybe even a clear bucket? I REALLY like having the option to visually inspect root development w/o pulling out the rootballs only to find out that it's too soon to up-pot. That's what makes those printed solo cup holders so functional. I can inspect root development every other day if it blows my hair back, lol.

idk if the lights would be good on the roots just a thought :) ok im done for now I decided tp wait on the atf there not showing anything when and if I get a good female ill drop it into one of those 7s the male if I get one will go into a 3 so ive given the bd-y/g-Malawi-the fem Durban-cc-sd new homes that soul diesel had quite the root ball all on the bottom just like some ud ive grown they do that to and just like the ud it had those droopy leaves because they don't like it plus that sd is like @Norcaliwood puppy its moody as hell it gets real droopy and you think it needs water pick up the nope so that's it fo now heres a pic with all the colors from the lights and one of the y/g she is very happy!:)
