Sticky's Almost Perpetual Grow

Worked 11 1/2 hours today, I hope it slows down some soon.

My nephew started a new job about 2 months ago at a food processing plant and that poor kid has pretty much been there for 7 days a week and long hours each day. He says people are being let go for refusing to work OT. I hope that's not the case where you're at. The extra money I'm sure is great, but sometimes the demand from the employer is down right cruel.

Our problem is they can’t keep people. I was part of a group of 6 that hired on together I’m the only one left. They hire 20 and maybe 2 stick with it. @Skybound

Damn, it was like that in the oilfield, or at least the blowout preventer crew I was on. Fuck it though, the short answer is that you'll get up your needed startup capital a lot quicker so there's definitely a silver lining. I suggest investing in some pediolyte. That shit keeps old men young, at least physically. Wally's has a generic version for like $4 per quart.

A garden hoe will be a lot more practical for mixing on that tarp. With it, you can push and pull the mix like it's a big pile of cocaine and blend it very thoroughly.

you have a nice spot for doing that looks good pc now let it cook for a mo. at least if you can! :)
It will not be used until March so it will have just under 6 months to cook. Leaving it outside over the winter wont hurt it will it ?
