Hey, guys. Been flat out again.. Worked for myself today, and money aside (LESS than I wanted!! Too much time..), I learnt a bit more about myself...
3 days of straight hedging; plus 1 extra day of straight manual labour = pain and exhaustion only made worse by beer and weed.. I'm officially at the age where those things officially make things worse.
Well, especially IMMEDIATELY after, at first opportunity!
Second wind usually kicks in; unfortunately, too late for general motivation that late in the afternoon..
I try to fill the gap with beer and weed.
And Cricket!! Smashing it. But Pakistan are to be respected.. But... 400+ to get in two days against the best bowling attack in the world ATM; on (arguably) the best, most unpredictable ( bar Perth)) summer Test ground in the world (Fortress 'Gabba, they called it today.. Cos we almost never lose there... Except for about a month ago!!!!!)..... Not a chance; you can bet good money that the Pakis will try very hard, but..!
Some of the best players EVER have been Pakistani, so they deserve respect. They are struggling with limited prep..
But I don't buy it. They play in a hot climate also. Their pitches are hard and fast, traditionally.. But they seem daunted by our new-look batting-attack, which has been relatively successful...
Plus, in any context, pardon my arrogance..; the Aussies with a few wins up and a bit of confidence; couple new players doing well..

Plants look good. No photos today. Gonna be honest; maybe not tomorrow, either!! Pretty knackered, actually. Still up cos the cricket just finished!! Gotta have a quick update.. I plan on photos tomorrow; due to UNPRECEDENTED labour demands, I have to go bottle some beer tomorrow, so I might wuss out... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
SUCKS. Cos I like to bludge on Sundays. But I do get up early, so I'll get a few. I had em out watering today, but it was a bit rushed before work, so I thought.. No I'll do it tomorrow..
But it's possible I might actually sleep in past lights off time.. 7 am.. or rather, the half hour on waking I dedicate to coffee and a ciggie before I do anything.. I love that first half hour early on a day off... Even if you're busy with personal stuff, you're still not at work... It's YOUR time...And at 5-530 am, even in the Summer, it's nice and cool, birds are squawkin, dogs are barkin; horses are frollickin (I'm lucky enough to to have as a rear neighbour a 5-ish acre property used mostly for agistment..so lots of horses.) Missus grew up with em', so she loves it. I've ridden, but not much. Horse are too big. They (completely rationally) scare me. Too big!! I don't trust em to have my best interests to heart...
And I get that!!
But the missus reckons I just don't know horses. and she's right. and that's cool.. I can ride em and pat em and what not.. But I don't trust them.
I've forgotten where I was goin with this (beer and weed!! beer and weed!!) but I couldn't be be bothered deleting and re-posting!
Anyway, the plants look and smell great. Ever the pragmatic, as opposed the the pessimist, I would be happy. after all the initial dramas, to take 3 zips total....
I currently harbour secret ambitions of 5+ They're not huge plants but there are 6 of them!!
Don't wanna jinx but I'm gonna call 4 ounces dry minimum.
I will get around to a CHMOG at some point, was actually looking at them in my last order, had to double check as i thought i got one for free 
wont be for a while though, just had my MNS and Brothers Grimm Seeds arrive today
