Hey Emilya, so been keeping an eye on them, and seems Laverne perked up over night, Shirley no so much yet. So as for your question, Laverne took 3 days to get some lift. Will have a pic on in a few minute’s.

Good, thats not excessive, so that means your lower roots have not been damaged; we caught it in time. Now keep working her, forcing her to use up all that water weight before you give her a full watering, and maybe tomorrow just give a few drabs of water around the outside edge, just to tease the roots that direction. They will be fit as rain before you know it and on a healthy wet/dry cycle.

Day 22: (Veg, day 17) So noticed today that Laverne(left) has decided to perk up some what but Shirley(right) not so much yet. It’s now been 3 days since transplanting. Also just read your response Emilya and thank you for heads-up and will add a small amount of water to outside edge tomorrow as mentioned. Did lift Laverne and still some good weight. Both are also creeping closer to the net, Laverne is roughly 2.5” away and Shirley a full 3” still.

Also if you zoom in on Laverne’s pot, you’ll notice a nice white root at the drainage hole already!

Thx 7dust7, think I’m off to a great start. With each grow gone by I feel like I’ve adapted new ways each time, always learning, love it…never said that in high school! Could you imagine high school offering a cannabis shop course just like we did machine shop, or woodworking! Coulda been an honor student!!! Lol

Okay, so little happier as I realized today is Thursday not Wednesday! Haha

Okay, so watering the edges has been done. Was not sure how much to give each girl as it’s just to manipulate the roots to grow out horizontally towards edges of the pots and maximize as much soil as possible. So I made up one full 4L bottle as I normally would (both took the same, 4L’s til runoff after transplant) but only gave each not quite 1L, seemed sufficient? Maybe you can weight in on this Emilya? Now to let them drink up til dry, before watering again. Also, I started the nutrient dose at half the manufacturer recommended dose. So next full watering I will slowly increase providing the girls don’t tell me otherwise. Couple of pics showing some peek-a-boo roots at the drainage holes!

So upon looking over the girls, I noticed a few areas on Shirley, Laverne is fine, so not sure, maybe someone could look and see what you think? I do have a bottle of insecticide I’ve used before, might need again, may need again?

Well I did it! I snip off a couple of leaves, three off each, just felt like I needed too, not sure why? Even a few more I’d like remove but will wait. Laverne’s top point is maybe an 1.5” from the net now, Shirley is little behind still, as per usual so far.
