Thanks Shed. I don't know where my time goes but it seems to go there quicker these days. I did get the 2x2 tent rearranged but didn't get any time with the pants.Looks like neglect isn't doing much damage but I hope you get to spend a bit more time with them!
Here's an interesting link that debunks the theory that leaves and stems contain THC.I doubt there's CBG in that larf since I believe it's converted to THC earlier in the flowering process.
The enzyme that converts CBGA into THCA only exists in the trichome heads to protect the plant cells from the toxicity of THCA. So I guess it would depend on how long it takes the enzymes to convert the CBGA into THCA if my understanding of the study is correct.
Either way, my timing would need to be spot on so most likely you're correct that I missed the window of opportunity... but hey...I learned more about this wonderful plant
