Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

You sure she's getting enough water? Those leaves look thirsty to me. Just curious brother.
Nah not really, not use to outdoor. I had my caretaker watering twice a day during the heat, I am wondering if it could be too much right now since temperatures are more mild. Didn't feel like the leaves were dry.

That was going to be my next question.....any chance you could be overwatering. I would say maybe back off a bit and see if she doesn't perk back up. Might take a few days. Gorgeous plant though man!

I hesitate to pipe up, but my experience with fluffy sativas indoors is that they really don't like to be topped or trained. I've been growing some fast veg, single cola ones and they stand tall and straight with stalks like fiberglass. When I've tried to train, they seem to end up with too many branches to fill out, or something like that. :hmmmm: Floppy. It's startling to see them grow naturally. So I'm wondering if it has to do with calcium uptake in early bloom - maybe can't get enough to grow a lot of stalks?

Which brings me to my point. How's the calcium load in your soil? It would probably be helpful to make sure that there's enough. Maybe heavier on calcium based nutes too?

:Namaste:

Haha yeah fiberglass stalk sounds about right. We had to chop this ATF male yesterday. As you can see its leaves are pretty droopy too, but I didn't top it as much, so it kept most of the Christmas tree structure. There's two other ones out there that have been yellowing up and drooping hard too. Been seeing yellowing margins with the veins remaining green on the leaves too.

Most of the indica leaning varieties in the yard are staying really healthy though. These two are bangi haze from ACE. Can you guess which was male? Just for kicks. But anyway they have been getting the same amount of water too.

Anyway seems like you may be right as this basically started last week and I only noticed yesterday they were blooming. That and the stalks falling over on themselves, makes total sense

Perhaps I should top dress with some seabird guano? 20% calcium, 11% phosphorus. I have a bunch of different calmag bottles too, GH Cali-Magic, Botanicare Cal-Mag+ and EarthJuice's OilyCann.

Top of the morning mr/ms. Stank your garden is looking amazing, that BCP is a beast and I don't recall if you've harvested the WW yet but I'll go hunting a cpl pages back...
No, the Widow will come down tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest. Logistics didn't align for me to take since I snapped the stem. She's gotten a couple bonus days to add a few grams.

Northern Lights Clone 1.2 Flip Day 30, Day 23 With Hairs

Been a bit since we have done an update on her. She got her first Harlequin pollen yesterday and another dose today. Will likely keep her in the tent for another few days and give her a good shaking each morning. After her time in the bukkake booth, I will spray her down thoroughly with just plain water, let her dry and then back into the big tent she goes.

The buds are stacking just like her mom so I am curious to see how pollinating her will change her. She also got about a half gallon of rain water today. You can see on a couple of the pics where the hairs are turning red after successful pollination.

Are you pollinating the entire plant?

I don't want to make y'all stare at the balls so anyone with experience in pollen harvesting, please check out my post here. I've got a couple of questions.
:thanks:
Dusty ol' nuts ya got there buddy!

African Meltdown Veg Day 75

The battle continues with this girl. She wants to grow like hell but I am bending the shit outta her to keep her flat and low(ish). Gave her a drink of rain water yesterday and she feels like she will be ready for more tomorrow. She will be a very happy girl when she gets her final pot.

I love her structure and how strong all her branching is. Also love her low leaf ratio.....she is going to be a breeze to trim I think. Getting anxious to flip her and see what she is going to do!

looks great in here Van! I was searching for a pic of that Harlequin to show a coworker then forgot it ended up male huh?? the Ak Harley cross will be sweet. any name plans.... up here our Alaskan Harley's are snow machines. may look at grabbing one for this winter to fix up

Yeah He is definitely a he but hey, it worked out for an alternative plan. Gonna see what a little CBD will do to the NL.

Not sure about a name for it yet. I will have to check with Ms Stank and see what she has for an idea.
