NLxBB is looking sweet today. Despite her refusal to retainfan leaves, 90% of the "sugars" look damn good. I hope They stick around cause Id like to try to do something with em if they keep tric-ing up. Butter or hash or something. Im not into vaping or oil really. Im old school. I like to be able to brag that Im smoking a dried herb and Ive always just loved it how it is. To each ther own I guess. Got a sporting event to attend tonight so It will be a short afternoon for me. Ill be back later tho. :)

have yea tried the oil or vapping Spimp ? I was reluctant but it works dam well. Don't get me wrong either I still love busting the bong out or rolling a nice doobie too

Ive vaped tobacco before. Heres my opinion and Im sure with the new vaping fad it wont be popular but who cares. :)

Ive done hard drugs and chemicals. They suck. For multiple reasons obv. I smoke a natural herb. All I gotta do is dry it. Cokaine comes from a plant, but there are 'chemical' processes involved. The same with 'hron'. Im not gonna chemicalize my smoke. Thats pushing the border for me. If some of you do, I really dont care either way. But for me, its gonna be natural.

Looking at nugs, breaking it up with my fingers, smelling it, tasting it, firing it up are some of my favorite parts about smoking the ganj.
I dont really even like eating it. I want to smoke a bowl, be good for awile and be on my way. Im over the intense 6 hour cant look straight days. Although last night I was f-ing ripped for 3 hrs :rofl:
And Im not an organic eating bike riding messanger bag wearing coasty either. I smoke nasty ass cigs. I drive a 4x4. I eat fast food some times. But if someone does want to ride a bike while wearing a messanger bag eating organic free range chicken while vaping MJ and ranting about fossil fuels. Good for them. I really do think as a human race we should care less about what other are doing to themselves. If thats what you wanna do and it makes you happy, than I am happy.

But that aint how I roll brother. :) I want a bag of buds. I want to pull a nug out and stare at it. Smell it. Break it open and see what it is. And think the only thing that has happened to it is nature. Plus maybe some nutes. ;)

If it does then its kind of similar to "c" production although much softer but if it don't then I think there is no wrong in it spimp sir :)

Agreed though I am the same as u I am happy with whatever people do if they are happy and not affecting me n mine I am happy sir.

Cool man I hear yea and yea I have done more than weed many years ago . I quit smoking for years like over 15 or more so quit everything. Been back smoke about 6 months or so main reason is I got tired of eating IB's for pain and also came down with mad case of gout. It was rare I sleep more than 7 hours because my back would be killing me. Now I can get as much as I want and my lower back is gone.

Now when I came back to smoking I was amazed at what they are doing these days . Also note I am in legal state and me and my wife both have our papers/card what every you want to call.

My mind was blow away at what all they are doing with cannabis. In the end though I always land back at my bong. The oil is nice for us because of our teen daughter that does not know we smoke but knows we are open minded about those things. So easy to get couple quick hits in and carry on.

I still love good bud :)

Agreed. Especially butter. But when you 'vape' thats not smoking. So you cant say I smoke weed. You can say i "heat thc extract past its boiling point and inhale the vapor". Personally, I smoke weed. :) Why dont you just inject the oil? Too 'hard core-ish" for me. And people taking spoons of oil dont smoke weed either. Even if I had a ton of thc pills, im trading it for nuglets. :) Im not saying That Im 'better' than people who make extracts and all that, but it aint for me.

Hoopty is not groing at the rate I anticipated since the Ghetto Dream Catcher was installed. :straightface: Just judging by the time line from NLxBB, doesnt look like shes gonna produce too much. I probably denied her too much N for awhile and stunted her. Lesson learned. Ironically, her upper growth does look awesome tho. Im feeding this morning so hopefully thats will spark her up.

Ty Ty. Chronichhemphogs, I had a really good friend live in Hawaii for several years and he told me all the REAL details of who bad it sucks to live there. How most of the Islands are on generator power and rain collections systems. How just a few miles from the resorts is basically poverty living in paradise. And how so many places are extremely off limits to the pale skin variety of people. And how all Native girls are off limits. True i assume?
 
Very true spimp, I got my assed kicked by two of the biggest dudes you ever saw for walking into a local bar unknowingly when I was based at Barbers point. Don't even think about the women, they have big brothers.

ok lets start from the first question
yea most of the power is generated through fuel oil but there are some wind farms on a few islands im on the main island so we got the fuel oil generators, wind farm, and a rubbish burning plant that generates electricity.
theres only one main island that needs to collect rainwater to drink and that would be the big island the one with the active volcano
most if not all other island have deep water wells which is some of the cleanest water you can get depending on where the well is and on what island, the older the island the better the water so as you go down the island chain the water gets a little worse
actually only the last 2 islands on the bottom of the chain have water issues that would be maui and big island
I didn't mention niihau the private island reserved for pure Hawaiians owned by the robinson family
makes you wonder about the crusoe stories eh.

theres poverty everywhere here you can see it when you drive around tents on side of parks and beaches here and there at least where they don't get chased out there are certain places they wont even be allowed to pitch a tent or be homeless
the really sad thing is if you talk to a lot of these homeless people they aren't even from here.
im not saying we don't have our share of local homeless cause we do a lot of them.
a lot of the non locals were actually sent here, there were times of harsh winters from as early as the 80's places like new York were giving homeless one way tickets to Hawaii, they clean em up and send em over and of course they have no way of making a living or anything so its a matter of they don't want them to freeze to death where they come from.
as of late the lawmakers here have been trying to decide if they should send the transplanted homeless back to where they came from.
thinking it migt be cheaper to send them back instead of trying to support them its hard when you have so many homeless and they wanna try and take care of the local homeless first, its a real burden on the economy and the states that have sent people here didn't think or didn't care about the burden they placed on this state, its all a matter of its nice and warm here year round so they figure we wont have to deal with people freezing to death which they didn't want to deal with.

as far as off limit places if your a local white guy most times it isn't an issue they know whats up and if they know people or people know them they don't have issues I have a lot of local caucasion friends some surfers who go basically anywhere on the islands to surf with no issue, those certain places to avoid mainly are for tourists
native girls are like any other they like all different types its just the person you come across may or may not have issues
theres a lot of local girls that like white dudes
when I say local I only mean born and raised here or raised here from when they were a child
they are like any other women they like what they like or don't like
so not all of its exactly true but theres some truth in all that it depends whos eyes you are looking through
 
I'd like to add that my explanation and opinion was that of a non-local white guy and military. Chronich is right and I might have been to broad in my statement about the women. The native people there are a culture and ethnicity in themselves. "My" experience has seen families that will not allow their daughters to even look at anyone outside their heritage, and I have seen families that have welcomed a non-local dating their daughter. It's the overall picture I got was tread very lightly. Like chronich said most people know enough to know where not to go, I didn't until after my little run in. It wasn't until I hooked up with a couple of locals that I really saw the otherside, and that wasn't all the time. Chronich, sorry if I painted an obsured picture on my first entry.

just was trying to clarify Spimps question a bit and give some answers
yea and military dudes get it rough in some places here
but some of them get in with the locals
and a lot is changed since theres a lot more support for our armed forces
on a fishing site in the Hawaii forum of bloody decks
a lot of local fisherman if theres a military guy looking for a ride to do some local fishing has no problem finding a ride someone always volunteers
